I called for the appointment and thought that was enough for the Group On but the appointment must be booked on Group On proper. Also, the woman who gave me a massage, I am not 100 percent sure I got her name. But, the techniques she used were helpful, especially those for stretching and mobility. She paid attention to my body, and those tense and stiff spots were worked on -- it's like she knew! Thank you!
