Irregardless of what your preferences are they wont pay attention. Lately, Management put up a sign in the massage room asking clients to talk to them when there is a problem. But when their therapist have issue with clients, they will not discuss how to resolve the issue with you. Management is hypocritical ! read more

Body in Knead's website and online booking made it easy to identify what I wanted, which masseuse, and based on the information available, the decision making was easy. I scheduled my appointment with Tiffany. I learned later that she'd only joined the practice recently, but I would have never known. She was beyond professional. I had sited an allergy in my original paperwork, to which she'd made sure the oils available did not impact my allergy. The massage was amongst the best I'd ever paid for. I communicated shortly into the massage that she could use additional pressure, and she acted appropriately and then checking in. What had originally been a 'treating myself to a massage' visit, resulted in me purchasing a gift card for 3 additional massages down the road. Tiffany had kindly advised that Nathan is also known for deep tissue massage and to consider him for future massages as well. I enjoyed my massage here with Sierra. (In regard to the Sparks location) after 11am I guess their receptionist leaves so they lock the door and you have to wait to get it. I was a little confused since this was my first time at the place, but Sierra was able to help me right away. I had a therapeutic massage and it was a great massage. I was a new customer, so I filled out a little paperwork and while I did, the massage therapist stared a hole through me which isn't comfortable. I felt like I was under a magnifying glass! Again, the massage was basic and I could tell she was used to deep tissue as opposed to Swedish massage.
