My upper back had bothered for weeks, and my lower back had bothered me for months. After the first session (an extended one) I felt much better. The next day I expected to be sore due to the intense Shiatsu, but I was ok. I'm not at 100%, but that is impossible with just one visit. I booked my second visit immediately. Especially since my body and back need a lot of work for chronically tight muscles from a crooked back. Her hot stone technique on my legs (other therapist haven't done this) and detail work around my knees was like instant relief! Most beneficial to me though is ashiatsu. She uses her feet to massage your back while she's holding on the bars so she would apply the perfect, most solid pressure that you need.
