The escrow department just dropped one of my insurance payments, re-calculated my escrow without it and it took about 10 phone calls and 2 months to get them to fix it and I had to make the insurance payment myself to avoid cancellation. I have a CD that matured, they sent me a notice and I called to put it in a new CD with a better rate. They told me multiple times that they couldn't help me until within 10 days of the mature date, then called me back on a Saturday while I was travelling. I asked them to call me on a business day but they did not. Still trying to fix that. They have a limit of 5K deposits on mobile deposits, and you cannot get the limit raised except for 24 hours and you have to call in and request it and it takes 2-4 days to approve. Took 5 attempts before they actually called me to let me know when I could make the deposit. Took over a month to get my money deposited. What a total failure this bank is. If I didn't have my mortgages there I would never use them again.

My app should sufficient funds but since Liberty secretly reversed my deposits there weren't sufficient funds. What kind of "bank" does that? They admitted their error the first time after I spent hours at the Madison branch. (But refused to write an apology to the merchant admitting their error). Assume the will admit this second error (a deposit of a chase bank check) but will have to spend another couple of hours in the branch, dealing with the snarky manager.

I don't have to wait. I can recommend Dime Bank without reservation.

I've been banking with TD since 2007 and love it, especially this location, which is in a lot lower traffic area than the branch on Route 1 in Branford. The assistant manager Lori has energy for days. Also, they can print you a new card at this location if yours is lost, stolen or damaged. I've had mine replaced here in about three minutes.
