Do NOT use Connies Natural Cleaning service in SoCal. Her Alameda cleaning company offered better cleaning and a better at a price. CNC was our cleaning service when we lived in Alameda and they were fine. When we moved to SoCal, knowing that she also had a business in San Clemente, I called her since she said they traveled as far north as Westminster. Well, Huntington Beach (closer than Westminster) was too far so I asked if she had recommendations for colleagues closer to me. Suddenly she said she had a team that was in Westminster so we could try it. She mentioned that since it wasn't her regular service area, but easier for her team, that they would only come 1 time per month but do a deep clean each time. Based on the quality of other hcleaning services near me, I thought it would work. 1st time she had to cancel, so I had to scramble. When she finally came with a team of 2 others, they charged for a deep clean, spent 3.5 hours here chatting while they cleaned but she kept asking if I really needed this or that cleaned. I said its a deep clean!!! everything should be cleaned. I still haven't figured out what broke when I heard 2 separate crashes, but two light switches were broken, and one of my computer keyboard keys was also popped off and broken. About 5 minutes after they left, I walked into the kitchen, and noticed that there were crumbs on the floor near the rug by the sink, so I shifted the rug and they never cleaned the floor under the rug!!! seriously, the kitchen sink rug wasn't moved and they kitchen floor wasn't cleaned ...on a deep clean!! She charged me $225 for a deep clean on a 2200 Sq foot home. In Alameda ( higher cost of living) I paid $265 for a once a month clean, (actually cleaned) in a 3600 sq ft house. Remember, I had a friends cleaner come and do a really good clean only 2 weeks before when Connie cancelled right before a holiday! I will be using Adrianas cleaning service from now on, even thought she is only 1 person and takes a while, she actually cleaned the house and charged an an approirpriate amount! read more

Connie Ho, owner of CNC Services, Connies Natural Cleaning Services, is an unbelievably metiiculous cleaner. I enlisted her services to clean a rental before new tenant move in. She is the equivalent of a detailer. She even removed the shower door and descaled it and reinstalled it. She thoroughly cleaned the blinds and kitchen appliances. She does not use caustic chemicals. Connie and her team are incredible! They are so thorough and good at tackling the really hard jobs. She cleaned my house after a major remodel and has been cleaning it ever since. She also does a phenomenal job on windows! But what really impressed me is how she transformed my sons house. It hadn't been cleaned ever. He's a bachelor, had a roomate and 2 dogs. Spider webs, dust and dog hair and dont get me started on the kitchen and bathrooms. Let's just say yuck! It was a big job and they preformed an absolute miracle!!! I am a very meticulous person. I like for things to be done a certain way and it was very difficult for me to have strangers come in my home and trust that they clean to my standards, especially preparing the house before my son was born. Connie's Natural Cleaning (CNC) totally convinced my husband and me, and we have had CNC clean our house every 3-4 weeks since August 2014.
