Unfortunately, I cannot in good faith recommend SL PRIME CLEANING SERVICES to anyone, anymore. I used to rave about this company, with good reason. But things seem to have shifted within their organization--their cleaning crews seem more rushed and unorganized, and they no longer apply the consistent, quality assurance measures they once did. But the most disappointing thing, at least for us, is the way they handled the costly damage they did to our home. First, they chipped the custom-painted finish off of our kitchen cabinets by scrubbing them with a dry eraser sponge--a costly mistake, for which they took responsibility in the abstract, but then refused to pay. An inexperienced crew left sopping-wet mops, rags, and buckets on our hardware floor, damaging the oil-wax finish in several spots. This, despite several in-person reminders about the special (but not difficult) treatment this type of hardwood floor requires. In good faith--but perhaps not good judgment--we agreed to fix the water damaged floors ourselves, despite the fact that it'll require a substantial amount of costly product, time and labor. After actively, respectfully sharing our concerns with them (to no avail), we finally decided to call it quits. Here's when we knew we made the right decision: When closing our account, we asked them to follow through on their long-standing commitment to pay an expert to repair/refinish the paint-chipped kitchen cabinets --damage for which they'd previously taken responsibility. But instead of honoring that commitment, they ghosted us. That confirmed for us that we made the right decision in walking away from SL CLEANING SERVICES as it operates now. read more

This has been the worst cleaning company experience we've ever had, and I strongly warn anyone considering SL Prime Cleaning Services to look elsewhere- run don't walk! The owner is a liar and does not stand behind her work. We did a full walkthrough together prior to starting services with their company, agreed to a set price ($130/per week for regular clean and $250 for a deep/airbnb clean), and after only a few months of service she turned around and tried to increase our rate by nearly 200%. Our home is only 924 square feet (2 bedroom), yet she claimed a regular weekly clean would now cost $260 and an Airbnb clean would be over $520. What makes this even more absurd is the level of service provided. For those inflated prices, they:     *    Do not wash linens (beds, sheets, pillows, couches)     *    Do not clean outdoor areas, the grill, or the garage     *    Left crumbs on counters     *    Didn't even take out the trash And yet they think it's "fair" to charge $65 per hour per person for cleaners who couldn't even complete the basics. The value simply does not match the rate. When we raised our concerns, no one offered to come back and fix the work. We had to send our neighbors in to finish the cleaning ourselves. For a company that claims to be able to handle Airbnb turnovers, this is completely unacceptable. The worst part is the way the owner handled the situation. She refused to take a phone call with me and instead hid behind her scheduler, sending canned AI-style messages. It's shady, unprofessional, and shows zero accountability. We wasted time training their team on how we wanted our Airbnb prepared, only to be left scrambling right after a long-term renter moved in. Instead of working to make it right, they walked away while trying to justify predatory, ever-changing pricing. Bottom line: this company is dishonest, unprofessional, and predatory in its pricing. Wanting to charge $520 for crumbs on counters and trash left behind is outrageous (especially after we had already cleaned all the cabinets and drawers ourselves/staged and cleaned the living room, etc). You are correct--we did leave a positive review previously. We were very happy with the team you consistently sent for our weekly cleans. However, this most recent experience was very different. For an Airbnb turnover clean, you sent an incompetent team who failed to complete even the basics. Instead of standing behind your service and offering a re-clean or re-check, you chose not to make it right--yet still charged the full $250 for 924 sq. ft. This, despite the fact that we have video proof showing how immaculate we left the property prior to their arrival. In reality, all that was needed was a light kitchen touch-up, bathrooms, and bed-making. We also stand behind the fact that you have not been truthful. Over the course of three days, you changed your story multiple times--first claiming two cleaners worked four hours (when our time-stamped video shows they were there just over three hours), then later responding publicly and claiming three cleaners, which has never once been the case for our property. Again, this is a small 924 sq. ft. home that we keep extremely clean and organized. Finally, when we initially offered to pay you by the hour, you declined and said you don't do hourly rates. Yet now you're claiming your inexperienced workers deserve $65 per hour, per person. The inconsistency is baffling. We did want a 6 month contract for our current renter- with our agreed upon pricing of 130/weekly cleans and our prior cleaning crew. You refused to honor either- and chose to double the price instead, and say you couldn't guarantee a certain team. We have documented emails with your quoted prices and the issues outlined above. They came and gave me a very fair estimate and held to their word on that amount even when it took longer than the expected. They were on time and did an amazing job. My husband found SL Prime on yelp and had them come out to clean our home after a 15 month remodel project. The home was covered in construction dust and I was skeptical they were going to clean the home to my standards. Much to my surprise the team did an amazing job clean. They spend 4 hours vacuuming walls, bricks and ceilings. They cleaned and dusted all of our countertops and cabinets. They washed and cleaned all of windows and mopped the floor. After 15 months my home finally looked perfect! I couldn't be happier with the job they did. They communicated with us the entire time they were here. Asked us to make sure the cleaning was up to our standard before leaving and they even were able to clean and dust our fire places that was small rocks. Had SL Prime come out for a post construction cleaning of my house. This is a 2 part cleaning and I had the team come out to clean the living quarters while my GC finished some work on the other side of the house. After 14 months of renovations there was plenty of construction dust. The team came out and performed to my expectations. Cleaning floors, walls, stairs, baseboards and windows. The team communicated effectively prior to coming. The home office was in constant communication even asking that I do a walk thru of the job while they were in the middle of the cleaning to make sure there wasn't any missed areas.
