    It was getting towards the end of my lease in a 5-bedroom house and our landlord was adamant about making my roommates and I hire professional cleaners to get the house in a move-in ready condition if we wanted our hefty security deposit back. We only had about a week before we need to return the keys and it took me a while to go through Yelp to find a reliable company that can get the job done right the first time. After endless hours of reading reviews, looking at the different services and calling multiple companies who cannot give me a definite answer for a last minute appointment, I found Jakob. After speaking to him for about a day, he stopped by the house after one of his appointments in the afternoon to look at the place and give me a quote. His quotes are very reasonable for all the work I needed and he is optimist about getting the house back to move-in condition. The best part... he is willing to work with my last minute requests and start working the day after tomorrow! While other companies complain about how hard it is to mobilize their employees to take on a last minute job, Jakob makes that happen. True to his word, in two days time he arrived on time and ready! So all the tiling in the kitchen, front entryway and hallways needed to be scrubbed and deep cleaned because of how dirty the grout line and tiles gotten over 3 years of living there. After Jakob was done with them, I was shocked to find out how white the tiles could really be. Literally looks like new tiles were placed. While Jakob was focusing on the tiles, his co-workers were working hard on removing mold in the bathtub and shower grout lines. Most companies quoted me an insane amount just for cleaning the showers alone after they saw all the mold and mildew in the bathrooms and a few even said they have to regrout the entire shower. Yet... Jakob's team were able to remove and clean all the showers and tubs to near perfect conditions. In fact, the guy said he specialize in removing mold from grout lines. If it weren't for Jakob and his team, I would either not get my deposit back or I would have spent the entire deposit cleaning the house up to the landlord's liking. Thank you so much Jakob for coming to our rescue last minute and saving me from all the stress and work! If and when I get the chance to need cleaners again in the future (which will probably be soon because they're so amazing and they know their sh*t) I will definitely contact Jakob again.     Not recommended…read more Cleaners said it'll take them total four hours to do regular cleaning (this is after they did a first cleaning so they already had a clear idea of the workload and time needed). And then owner wants to charge $265 for monthly cleaning. So their hourly rate is $265/4 =$66.25. Way overpriced compared to market prevailing rate. And I don't think the charge is in alignment with the service provided. There were no trash bags in place. Rugs were left unwashed and not put back in place, etc. Ironically they charge $55 per hour for first cleaning, which means reoccurring cleaning their rate is higher. Yes these days it's tough for small businesses to survive. But that doesn't mean customers got money rained on their head. Update: the owner explained that the rate is based on total sqft. This is nonsense! We have four bedrooms but two were not cleaned. Plus we always have regular cleaning services and it always takes them four hours or about $200 to clean it. And this business owner decides to charge us $265 just because we live in a house (and remember we only need 2/4 bedrooms to be cleaned) and not based on the actual cleaning area and total time needed? We were told by the cleaners that our house is well-maintained and they didn't have to scrub anything so total hours spent will be 4 hours. Owner is saying that although it only takes four hours but you need to pay $265. Does not make sense. Plus I know the SAME technicians when they clean my friend's townhome, they spend the SAME amount of time four hours in total and they charge less. Just because we live in a house not a townhome, it doesn't mean we have to pay more for the same cost incurred to the owner. It's not like our house is a rabbit hole or dirty anything. The technicians clearly said the place is well maintained and they didn't have to spend any extra effort. Then why do I have to pay much more at the hourly rate close to $70 to have the same cleaning service and hours? WHY? This is outrageous. I'll never do business with a service provider whose pricing is not transparent. Last time I used them for deep cleaning two years ago before tenants moved in, the tenants complained the cleaning was not thorough at all and requested for a refund. I contacted the owner right after the complaint, sent her the pics and she did not accept the request for a refund or offer re-cleaning. Nonetheless, I gave them another try which is totally idiotic on my side. I chose to not post a bad review after the first disappointing experience because I don't want to be harsh on small businesses. However this time the experience is even worse and even disrespectful. Who on the earth can explain to me why I have to pay more for the same service and hours? Why my own lifestyle (living in a house instead of a townhome) has anything to do with your operating costs while you use the same people, same hours and same cleaning equipment? Then why do I have to pay more? Explain to me. Choose wisely at your own risk. Honesty in business is underrated.

If you have a concern for the cleaners to address irt, contact the administrator as most likely the cleaners only speak Spanish. I would preface your important items before they come and they'll address it. They usually bring 2-3 ladies and come on time. I've noted to wear booties and they do maybe 90% of the time. If they leave the house to grab something from the car they wear it out which defeats the purpose but overall no complaints. House smells clean and they're very thorough. They provide their own cleaning supplies. The vacuum is immaculate as I have a German shepherd that sheds ALOT and it's hard to grab all of it even with my Dyson vacuum on my rug and they get all of it and throw away all the trash as well. Baseboards, vents, and walls look very clean which often is overlooked by other cleaners. They even clean under the spouts of the faucet! I would say they clean for about 2-3 hours but feels pretty quick. I do have to note that I had a broken glass while they were cleaning my bar cart but the cleaning lady as soon as they broke it contacted the admin who contacted me about next steps. They reimbursed me the amount of the glass. I've recently had an injury and can no longer do deep Cleanings on my home as I can be VERY picky and I'm pretty meticulous with my cleaning so from the other cleaners I've tried I'll stick with this one. This is a little pricey but until I find another cleaner that can do the same work and is dependable plus these guys are licensed and insured it's worth the value for me.

I previously misspoke as this business is not an agency, it is a family business. Upon noting my dissatisfaction, the team was VERY quick to react. They reached out immediately, and were very understanding and apologetic. We scheduled a "re-do" service to get the parts that were missed. On the day of the re-do, I was surprised that the owner himself came to personally talk to us and clean the areas of concern. Again they were very apologetic and open to feedback, and genuinely wanted to learn more to avoid the mistake in the future. Excellent customer service, I am very happy with the way the team handled everything! ----------------- We booked an apartment cleaning for today for our 1bed/1 bath, as our go-to was not available on short notice Pros: - Response: quick turnaround by the agency both on Yelp and via text. I also like how they send a text when the cleaner is en route with an ETA - Arrival: our cleaner arrived on time and followed our tricky apartment entrance instructions. No issues getting to our unit - Easy payment: they send you a link to pay post service - Availability: We inquired late on a Sunday and they had someone available the next morning and afternoon (on a holiday weekend too!) - Competitive pricing - Products: they use pet safe products - The problem stains on our tub and stove were removed and look great! The majority of her time was spent with these two items as they were in desperate need of some extra work. Room for improvement: - Upon arrival, our cleaner walked straight into the apartment with her shoes on. Walked through our carpeted hallway, into our carpeted bedroom, straight to our very dusty and dirty balcony to check out the space. Wouldn't be an issue if it was hardwood however it was carpet and it was only going to be vacuumed during this service. The balcony was one of our main priorities as we let it get real bad over the past few months and haven't had a chance to clean it. I offered her brand new house slippers to use and she declined saying she could just take her shoes off. I remember cleaners being shoeless, using shoe covers, or using cleaning specific shoes being part of 24/25's company policy. - We requested a deep clean, however aside from the tub and stove, the rest were only regular or lightly cleaned. Mirrors and sliding door windows were still dusty and had visible marks - In order to book, you have to fill out a lengthy online booking form AND a mini text confirmation. I don't mind the extra work, I get that they need to know what is being requested however I didn't understand the point as it did not seem this info was communicated to the cleaner. The agency did tell us we could point out the extra spots of concern to the cleaner directly. On the text form, I marked "yes" for "wash trash bin" and "windows clean", neither were completed - For our balcony, I also marked "yes" for "balcony/patio sweep/mop". I also put a note asking to be mindful of the neighbors below as I do not want any of the debris getting to their unit. I showed the cleaner the additional task on the balcony which required taking out leaves, cobwebs, twigs, and other dirt buildup. While checking out the spot, the cleaner started throwing twigs off the balcony. It didn't get on the other units but I was a bit thrown off by that. When she was leaving and saying goodbye, I noticed only the additional task was done and not the basic sweep/mop of the balcony, as requested on the text form. I asked her about the rest of the balcony and she responded saying she did what I asked. I clarified that I was hoping for the rest of the balcony to be cleaned. She responded sure and quickly went over to vacuum the area (not sweep or mop). There was a bit of change in tone, it felt as if she was bothered by the request. - Unfortunately after she finished the area it was still a bit dirty. She did ask if we checked everything else and if she needed to fix other items, but by then we didn't want to ask anymore based off the way she went back to work on the balcony. We were no longer comfortable asking about the other sections. I understand that we should have flagged all of our concerns while the cleaner was still there, so that part is on us! We're on the quieter side and should have mentioned it but we also didn't want to helicopter and micromanage especially when the items missed are standard requests for a regular cleaning, not a deep clean. We did address our concerns to the agency and they were very quick to reply and offered to send the cleaner back but we politely declined. ------ Overall - working with the agency was quick and easy however it may have just been the specific cleaner we were paired with that didn't match our needs. We didn't speak up, so be sure to if you have any concerns!
