I arrived around 6:30pm and there were stalls open with a few people cycling in and out all the time. The way it works is you put your credit card or coins in the machine and the wash should begin automatically. You use the dial to switch between the soap and water modes. There is a de-bug soap, tire soap, and other soaps in the red gun, and then when you want to wash you use the high pressure water gun. The high pressure is super nice to get rid of dirt and smudges. Tip: Have a game plan since you get charged more the longer you use it. To stop the wash and the cost, hit the red stop button. Tip: if you need to wash your car mats you can pull them out and hang them using clips on the wall. I soaped mine down and then rinsed them. Also helps to bring towels to wipe down your car! There seems to be a lot of confusion about the $12 authorization placed on your card prior to the accurate charge posting and the minimum $3 charge.
