All things considered, this place feels like the small business it is and you get the sense that your money means something here. Two weeks later our account was drafted for dues and we have made eight attempts to call the gym with no response. I submitted an online message on June 1st through the Anytime Fitness website providing the details for the incorrect charges with no response. Today, June 3rd, we received an email from a collection agency stating that we have late payments to the gym. The business owners are crooks and will continue to charge you even after you attempt to cancel. I highly recommend staying as far away from this place as possible!!

They since closed upgraded equipment, remodeled and deep cleaned the location. I am hoping they stay on task with the cleanliness as it is important to uphold. Women's locker needs to be remodeled, 1 hand dryer doesn't work, sinks are moldy. When the mop it's on top of the dirt vs sweeping first. There's no air freshener around, this place can smell. Dress code is a joke when you have young people coming in with bathing tops to workout and crocs... no one from front desk says anything, the supervisor or manager is not visible checking employees to ensure the gym is functioning as it should. When it rains , there's water dripping from the ceiling. Some machines seats are broken and need to be replaced. I understand you get what you pay for but it can be improved. I don't know if I will renew, just waiting for another gym to come to this area to make a change.

Just left him screaming for 15 minutes!!!!!! They couldn't find me because the information about where I would be working out was on his sticker, which was LOCKED IN THR BATHROOM WITH HIM!!!!! By the time I got to him, he had no idea why he was locked in a bathroom all by himself. He was SHAKING and hysterically crying, snot everywhere, and so confused and scared! I am absolutely appalled that they could do this to a 3 year old child. He had absolutely no idea what was going on. What if there had been a fire? Would they just leave my child locked in that bathroom? What if he had fallen down? Would they just leave him by himself bleeding until they found me?! I have no confidence that Apex Center can take care of children after what I just saw. I will be reporting this to the state. Absolutely negligent! I would never recommend the Kid Care here. Absolutely appalling. He has not stopped crying and has snot in his hair, and in his eyebrows from being left in that bathroom scared and alone. He was shaking and screaming with snot falling to the floor --- that's how I found my baby! No workers near the door, no one checking on my 3 year old! I am appalled and my child was traumatized. Childcare should not be offered here if this is what they do to 3 year olds. Reporting to the state.
