I was expecting the same as my original gym. But to my surprise, the gym in it self was different in the best of ways. The trainers and staff greeted me and SMILED!! Which I never got at my last gym and I went there all the time/regular. The bathrooms were very clean. The mirrors and equipment was clean as well . The trainers were assisting the members, even though they were not a client. The energy is great and they made me want to workout ASAP. They have features like a yoga room and classes you can take. Now for he best part, Keir. He is my personal trainer there. He has changed my outlook on my body. I had a baby recently, and he has given me the confidence to move, and get my body back in shape. He is encouraging but not harsh. He makes me want to work hard FOR MY SELF. So yes, they are a step above any other Anytime fitness gyms. They are doing something right. When a business charges a customer, a receipt or notification should be sent--that is basic and reasonable. I was a very good customer for almost three years. I was charged only twice total--once for a late cancellation and once for a no-show--and in both cases, I did not intentionally book those classes. Despite this minimal history, there was no flexibility or understanding. The way this was handled felt inhumane and unfair, especially toward a long-term customer. Transparency and basic communication were completely missing. Finally, after reading other reviews, I realized I am not the only one experiencing this. Many others have reported similar issues--this is a bad business practice. Stay away from this unclear and misleading gym. If you value transparency, notifications, and fair treatment, look elsewhere.
