A very new and exceptionally clean resort--everything feels fresh and well maintained. The pool area is a standout, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the parks. The front desk staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The location is close to the Disney parks, though there's no complimentary shuttle service. Personally, I'd recommend using Uber--it's convenient and efficient. Overall, I find it more comfortable and much quieter than staying at Disney resorts. A great choice if you value a peaceful, upscale stay without being far from the action.

Paul and I are here for a beautiful weekend to celebrate my girlfriend's 70th birthday. When we walked into the lobby, which was absolutely stunning, Frankie, our greeter said that our room had a problem however they were giving us a one bedroom suite with its own elevator. Wow! When we finally got into the room, it was amazing. We certainly looked out since this is the only room of its kinds in the entire hotel. If you look at my pictures, you will see the view from the balcony. We are on the fifth floor. We have a living room, a master bedroom suite with a magnificent bathroom, walk-in closet and a kitchenette. It's fully equipped. If we had to, we could live here for a long time. Parking is $50 a night but with a handicap placard, it's free. We were able to get the room with our Sapphire Reserve points. Parking and resort fee will be extra at the end. As you walk in your face with an spectacular view of the lagoon through a huge picture window. It's a contemporary lobby with some seating, a concession store with food and beverage at the end, bathrooms, And a three manned reception area. During our three day stay, we were truly satisfied. The staff is welcoming and very helpful at every area. There is also a lovely restaurant called Sophia's which we had breakfast at for two days. There is also a pool area and a lagoon. At the far end of the lagoon for beach goers. There are lots of slides and various activities for everyone to enjoy. There are also other restaurants in the hotel for dinner and drinks. In the evening, we were able to see the fireworks in the distance from Disney World. There are also conference rooms for various groups that come in for seminars, etc. During our stay, our hostess set up a cocktail party for us outside. They were various hors d'oeuvres and fabulous drinks for us to enjoy and mingle. This was a lovely getaway and I hope to return in the future.

I stayed at the Conrad for a short business trip, including company meetings on site, in October. Honestly, I did not get a chance to explore much beyond the gym, bedroom, and conference space. However, those areas were enough to leave a positive impression. The king bed room was sizable and even being on just the 3rd floor had a nice view. I know I didn't hear much of anything from outside or other rooms at night, which when combined with the beds, made for a great night sleep. Likewise, the conference rooms were in good shape, clean, and easy to get to and around. Temperature control was perfect. Food was decent, however, nothing to write home about when you consider conference food. I didn't interact with a lot of staff, nor did I get to take advantage of the pools, however, my limited exposure to them both showed potential. We did take one quick trip outside the resort. It took about 30 minutes by car. It was easy but seemed a bit further than I thought it would be. Sorry, I did not pop into anything Disney this trip, so cannot comment on it in relation to the Conrad. Still, this Hilton is worth considering.

I stayed here for several nights with a large group. This is a great hotel for very large groups. The hotel is huge to accommodate individual rooms, apartments, and also private villas. The lagoon is beautiful, with couple manmade beaches for golfing and fire pits for s'mores. There is even a big water slide and a boat house. My room was very spacious, with tall ceilings and double sinks in the bathroom. Some rooms have a balcony. Mine did not, and it did not have windows that opened, which made the room consistently stuffy. There was no way around it other than leaving the front door open for fresh air. There are couple onsite dining options. Ceiba is a rooftop restaurant with panoramic views, including Disney fireworks at night, albeit in the distance. Sophia's Trattoria serves a standard breakfast and lunch menu (psst...their breakfast croissant sandwich is delicious). Little Spoon is a market with yogurt, overnight oats, sandwiches, gelato, fancy desserts, and even truffles. 1 star off: The hotel charges an automatic 20% gratuity on *everything*, which they claim is "for your convenience ". I would grab a yogurt from the refrigerator at Little Spoon and be charged 20% gratuity without warning. I received no service...in fact, the hotel should pay me for grabbing the yogurt myself. The worst part is that the payment machine asks you to add *additional* gratuity on top of their automatic 20% that they did not earn and do not disclose until your receipt is printed, so unsuspecting customers can be paying double the gratuity on something that did not get served. This applies to all take-out orders from its restaurants. It's like the hotel tries to sneak in more gratuity from customers without properly paying its staff. This is the only off-putting thing about staying here.

The Conrad resort is built with all the modern considerations you'd want in a hotel getaway. The lobby greets you with a wide glass walled view of their expansive pool, instantly creating a relaxed atmosphere. The reception desk is staffed with very friendly associates who ensure you've got everything you need as you arrive. The rooms are setup comfortably and maintained very well. Loved the turndown service in the afternoon. The beach, pool, bar and the restaurant are a few of my favorite spots on the resort.

We had an amazing stay here. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. It's hard to know where to begin because everything about this place exceeded our expectations. My kids absolutely loved the pools, being out on the water, and having breakfast at the restaurant each morning. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful with anything we needed. One of my favorite moments each day was waking up and stepping out onto the balcony to enjoy the incredible view. It was the perfect way to start the morning. The property is extremely clean and well maintained. Housekeeping even came by twice to make sure our room stayed spotless, which really stood out to us. We also ordered room service and the presentation was truly five-star before we even took our first bite. This hotel clearly takes pride in making guests feel special and well taken care of. The pool service was fantastic as well. Overall, the experience felt first-class and welcoming. My kids even kept saying they wanted to live here. We're already looking forward to coming back.

First time doing a staycation and we were very happy with the experience. Upon arrival we had valet parking. Hotel was beautiful and even though we arrived early our room was ready. I didn't take pictures of the room but it was spacious, modern, etc. we dined at Twin Views, walked on the beach, went on evening strolls, etc. The beach was a little bit crowded but we rested on the hammocks which was perfect. However the next day the temperature dropped to the 60s so the beach was out of the question. But it was a great time at this resort.

We had the most perfect day at the Conrad Spa and Resort! The resort and spa are very new and sleek. I surprised my wife with a spa day, and we were blown away by how peaceful and relaxing it was. We were greeted with a refreshing kombucha drink, then escorted down a very impressive staircase to the spa's coed lounge. The gentleman's room assistant, Jorge, was incredibly helpful and kind as he showed me around the amenities and different areas of the spa. The outdoor section was our favorite--truly the most unique spa experience we've ever had. We felt completely immersed in nature. There was a hot and cold plunge, a hot tub with jets, and separate private bathtub areas. Overall, I'd say the spa experience was top-notch and nothing short of a picture-perfect day! The resort itself was equally impressive. We walked around the lagoon, soaked in some sunshine, and enjoyed drinks at the lobby bar. We also tried the Papaya Club for lunch and Ceiba for dinner. I'll leave separate reviews for the restaurants, but both were exceptionally good! This was our first time at this fairly new resort and spa, and we were thoroughly impressed by everything. The hospitality--from the valet to the spa hosts and technicians, bartenders, and restaurant servers--was truly top-tier. They did a phenomenal job! I'm so glad I surprised my wife with this amazing day!

Celebrated my birthday in the best way- with a spa day! Orlando's newest spa is also Orlando's best spa, with beautiful indoor and outdoor amenities and peaceful and scenic views, it was such a beautiful and relaxing day! We were greeted by so many friendly and welcoming people, it's so hard to remember everyone! But Lucia really went above and beyond for me. She remembered my name all day and helped me out several times! Everything was so calm, I was able to just relax for the first time in months. It was so wonderful! Monique was also amazing! We had pedicures this time and this was the best pedicure we've had locally! The mineral mist, scrub, and massage were highlights. For spa amenities, there are so many notable highlights, but my personal favs were the couples baths, and the hot and cold plunges. The baths are simply unique; I've yet to see this in another spa here in Orlando! As for the hot and cold plunges, Anthony and I had fun going from the hot tub to the cold plunge. (This was difficult and slightly painful! But the burst of energy at the end was worth it, and the laughs that came along were also fun) Overall, it was such a wonderful day. We can't wait to come back!!

Lots to like about this luxury resort co-located with Evermore around a man made lagoon (basically a giant chlorinated pool the size of six football fields). It's gorgeous, has everything you need for daytime activities (kayak, SUP, fitness classes) and a 7th floor restaurant overlooking the lagoon and Disney fireworks. The hospitality was on point with friendly faces everywhere who are eager to help, and take time to learn your name (or they just read my name tag) and use it every time they greet you. I was there for business, and the meeting experience was spectacular with comfortable seating and good quality meals and snacks. It was also where the Lakers stayed when they were in town to play the Magics (sadly they lost). Other things to know: No refrigerator space to store anything; it's all sensored minibar. Very kid friendly, there might have been more kids than adults. You have to show ID at the gate when you arrive, and they will scan and check it against hotel reservations. Mosquitoes everywhere. In the gym too. I got bitten 4 times through pants! Granted, they were skinny pants, so maybe Gen Z will be fine. They supplied citronella bracelets and bug spray at our outdoor lawn receptions, but that didn't stop those little buggers.

Date of stay: March 2 - March 3, 2025 Room: 334 This isn't the kind of hotel I could normally afford, but I had a free Hilton night and I am all about maximizing my rewards! Everything here was 5 stars, from the check in with Frankie to the collecting of the car from the valet. We had a King room with a balcony overlooking the pool area. While we didn't really get much of a chance to use the balcony, it was a nice addition to the room and was decorated nicely. The bathroom was well-appointed and the Byredo products are always appreciated! The pocket doors to the bathroom help maximize the space and having a separate water closet is a great add as well. The only reason I am not giving five stars is that there was no fridge in the room, only the minibar, meaning that there was no place to keep other food or drinks cold. It's disappointing that such an expensive hotel doesn't offer something that almost every other hotel provides, for much less.

Wow! Such an amazing experience at the Conrad Orlando. The hotel is very modern, beautiful, and luxurious. They have a really nice heated pool with cabanas and a splash pad. There are several restaurants on property and a coffee shop with amazing gelato. I also tried out the spa and love my 80 minute manage and mineral bath in their spa garden with zen vibes. A huge plus is that you get to use the facilities of the Evermore which includes water sports in the lagoon, water slides, and much more. Highly recommend!

By far my top ten hotel properties I've visited. Beautiful views of the giant lagoon with lots to see. Unfortunately, Orlando was experiencing cold temperatures so it was not ideal to jump into the unheated lagoon. The swimming pool was nicely heated. Everywhere you walk around is picturesque. Bellhop, front desk were top notch when we arrived assisting, friendly, and quick service. Thank you to the team for accommodating a fridge and microwave for our baby; appreciate it!

If you don't follow your GPS like it's the voice of God, you'll drive past this place at least 10 times wondering if you're being pranked. Once you finally find it, though, you're in for a surprise. The hotel is attached to a magnificent steakhouse and gives off this classy vineyard-patio vibe that makes you feel like you're about to attend a wine tasting, even if you're just there for work like I was. Walking up, there are beautiful outdoor tables with glass tops where guests can relax, eat, and pretend they're important. Then you walk into the lobby and BAM dark wood floors, elegant furniture, comfortable sofas, and enough atmosphere to make you wonder, Wait what did I accidentally book? I was honestly concerned I'd somehow clicked the wrong hotel and was about to max out my credit card. Nope. Surprisingly affordable. The room? Fantastic. You've got a Keurig machine ready to fuel your caffeine addiction, a nice big TV, all the amenities you need, and then there's THE BED. I laid down for what felt like five minutes and woke up the next morning. I slept harder than a newborn after a bottle. Now let's talk about room service. They have this little stand where you order directly from the steakhouse downstairs. I ordered dinner, expecting hotel prices that require a small bank loan. The bill was $35. I nearly called the front desk to report a pricing error. Meanwhile, I was hungrier than a hostage, and they delivered a meal fit for royalty. For a brief moment, I genuinely felt like a VIP. The hotel also has a nice bar for those who enjoy a drink. I don't drink, but if I did, I probably would've celebrated finally finding the entrance. Bottom line: great atmosphere, beautiful property, comfortable rooms, amazing food, affordable prices, and a mattress that may have supernatural powers. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Would I still need GPS to find it? Also absolutely.

We were able to go out and about without worrying about driving, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The hotel was easy to find, and parking is conveniently located right across the street with simple in-and-out access (though, of course, there is a parking fee -- which is never fun). Inside, the hotel is very clean, beautifully decorated, and the staff was accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was on the fifth floor, which I actually prefer when staying in a city -- the higher up, the better to avoid street noise. One of my favorite features of Embassy Suites is the room layout. The separation between the living room and bedroom is ideal, especially if someone wants to rest while others are still awake. The rooms have consistently been clean and feel very homey. Everything was great -- until Sunday morning. This is a dog-friendly hotel, which we love since we bring our dog and take her on walks so she's not stuck inside all weekend. However, checkout morning was pure chaos. One of the two elevators was out of service, it was peak checkout time, and there was also a princess pageant event happening, so the hotel was much busier than usual. Trying to get downstairs with my dog was extremely frustrating. I looked for stairs but wasn't sure if they were alarmed. When I asked an employee to confirm, she looked at me like I had five heads, which didn't help my already thin patience (I definitely did not have enough coffee for that situation). I eventually just went downstairs. Coming back up was even worse -- the line for the single working elevator was ridiculous. When I asked the front desk about the stairs, I was told they were accessible from outside. I didn't realize I needed my key card to re-enter through the outdoor stairwell (which makes total sense -- I was just aggravated at that point). After going back inside and trying again, I ended up walking up five flights of stairs with my dog. Thankfully, we had requested a late checkout, so we avoided the absolute peak of the chaos. Our friends on the third floor ended up carrying their luggage down the stairs because waiting for the elevator wasn't worth it. Unfortunately, being on the fifth floor with a lot of luggage, that wasn't really an option for us. Aside from that stressful morning, we really enjoyed our stay. The complimentary evening happy hour with drink tickets and small bites is always a highlight. We also had breakfast on Saturday morning -- and honestly, the breakfast is a major deciding factor whenever we choose to stay at a Hilton. Overall, a great stay with one very frustrating checkout experience.

Universal Orlando cabana bay resort was a great vacation destination,For me and my wife birthdays…read more The room was spacious and the beds were really comfortable. Nice and firm for a get night rest or a nap after being at the pool side for a few hours. Walk in closet big bathroom ,living room was cool as well. The rooms give you that old 1960 vibes with a modern touch. The resort also featured some old vintage 1960 cars similar to the TWA hotel at jfk airport. The resort had some nice places to go to. Me and my wife enjoyed the bowling alley. We had a lot of fun. Don't forget about the shops with all your favorite carton characters t shirts hats slippers you name it Star Wars, the minions the Simpsons fun for kids all ages. We also enjoyed the cabana cafeteria . I had a spicy chicken sandwich with fries my wife had chicken teriyaki lomein full of nice pieces of chicken ,Which she enjoyed .I also had some chicken tenders and fries from the cafeteria on our stay. We also ordered food from door dash while we were in the main lobby. We ordered shake shack which was cheaper ordering from door dash then buying food on the resort, smash burgers well done with cheese fries, for a little vacation cheat because I'm on a diet. By the way the order came really fast. Don The pool was great especially at night the view was amazing. With the lights shining on the pool and the really nice fire pit they had so you can even roast some marshmallows by it. Also the pool features a water slide for kids and adults. The blow up rafts were $9to17. You also could bring your own as well. You also had an ice machine with cold water free. Plus you had the soft drinks and soda all you can drink for $30 . That was the drink packed. Cabana bay resort also had a restaurant right next the pool outside. Where they had some really good chicken quesadillas with fries. My wife enjoyed that. . I went with the chicken wrap with lettuce and some veggies, It was great to eat pool side with the beach chairs equipped with the big umbrella for shade . Then you also had the lazy river at the resort. That featured a bigger water slide and pool . Bigger than the pool outside the main lobby. The staff was courteous and friendly the stay was fun. Just remember it's kinda pricey . But don't forget about all the theme parks you get to visit for $80 each way .

Stayed here last weekend for a long Memorial Day weekend. The food: the bowling alley is probably one of the best food options on site (other than the Starbucks) - the salad there was actually quite good and not crazy expensive (though, everything is expensive). We also enjoyed milkshakes from the malt shop. The room was fine - we had a suite with a little kitchenette and it was spacious enough for a few days. **My only real complaint (and the reason for my lower review) was the quality of the furniture. My daughter was leaning against one of the end tables to plug something in on the other side the night before we were hitting Epic Universe early, and it collapsed below her. She fell on top of it and some portion of it punctured her leg (we think a metal pin that was poking out from one of the broken legs). We contacted hotel management, and they came with hotel security who did some basic first aid and took away the broken tables (the other one also broke from her fall). We're grateful she wasn't injured more seriously (at least that we know of yet), but it could have been so much worse if that pin had punctured a more delicate area of her body. It also definitely made the next day at the park a lot harder for her with leg pain, etc. They really need to upgrade/inspect the furniture to make sure it's safe for guests.
