I was truly impressed with my stay at Evermore! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. First, the facilities were absolutely immaculate. My family stayed in the Bayview Flats, and there was more than enough space for our group of 11. Every room was beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. One thing I especially loved was that each bedroom had its own bathroom--a luxury I didn't realize I appreciated so much until this trip! The customer service was also outstanding. Booking online was simple and hassle-free, and when I reached out about the possibility of an early check-in and a late check-out, the team was able to accommodate both requests. Having that extra time made a huge difference for our group, and I really appreciated their flexibility and willingness to help. I didn't have to directly speak with any of the staff here as I was on a group trip, however my experience was lovely. My only con was that the outside bar area took forever to take and place our orders for food. That is minor to me but we were annoyed with this situation in the moment. Also, the alcoholic beverages that I had were severely watered down for $16! I couldn't taste any alcohol. This was at the pop up station on the side of the lagoon. On the other side, this place was absolutely beautiful! There's tons to do on the lagoon for both adults and children. I stayed in a house (11 rooms) and it was also very nice and spacious. There were 3 floors and every floor had something different... the first floor of course consisted of the living area and kitchen, second floor had a living area with a pool table, and the third floor had a living area with Pac-Man games and a slide for kids to use [to get to the 2nd floor] instead of the stairs! Every room also had its own bathroom! I highly recommend!! My videos won't load for some reason but I will try to add them later. read more

I'm not sure why everyone has low ratings for this place but it's top tier. I had to read the reviews and some are just silly. Yes there are lizards here in Florida. They definitely can make their way into your rental but being a former Floridian it's common. Our group rented an 11 bedroom, 7200sq ft home, and it was fantastic! Loved that our group could play golf, had access to golf carts, full kitchen, pool, theater, literally the works! $3400 a night but sooooo worth it! Community is safe and secure. Would definitely recommend for large groups. There is a bar/restaurants on premises and you never have to leave if you don't want to. They allow food trucks to come on premises which is great. Especially the soft serve one, yes big back things. Loved this place. Would come back! read more

We toured the Evermore Orlando Resort while searching for Quinceañera venues for my daughter, and while the property is beautiful, it ultimately wasn't the right fit for our event. The smaller venue overlooking the lagoon is definitely the highlight. The view is stunning and feels far more unique than a typical ballroom. However, if you want access to the outdoor green space near the lagoon, that comes with an additional fee, which adds up quickly. The larger ballroom, which would accommodate more guests, unfortunately doesn't have the same charm. It feels more like a standard hotel ballroom and doesn't take advantage of the scenery that makes the property special. Another challenge we ran into was that many of the elements we discussed needed the coordinators approval. When we mentioned things like dessert carts and other decorative details, the coordinator explained they would all need to be approved. Even when we discussed our daughter's padrinos sponsoring a merch shop, that also required approval. While it's understandable that venues want to protect their property, the process felt a bit restrictive for the type of celebration we were planning. One really cool feature of Evermore is the ability to rent large vacation homes nearby that sleep up to ten guests, many with private pools and even theater rooms. For a destination-style celebration or wedding weekend, that could be a great option for families staying together. In the end, with a guest count of around 120, neither of the event spaces felt like the right fit for our needs or budget. First, credit where it's due. Whoever is running Evermore's marketing and social media deserves a raise because it's incredibly effective. The videos of the Big Blue Lagoon are everywhere, and inviting influencers, vloggers, and large travel YouTube creators to experience complimentary stays, villas, dining, and activities is obviously generating attention. However, it's worth remembering that many of those creators are reviewing an experience they didn't pay for. Our family did. This review isn't based on a hosted stay or a sponsored trip. It's based on what it was like to spend thousands of dollars for a 10-day family vacation. Day One We originally booked two villas but were moved into a flat instead. After arriving from a 12-hour drive, we unpacked, turned on the ice maker, lowered the thermostat, and left for a couple of hours to buy groceries for our stay. When we returned, the unit felt just as hot as when we left. The thermostat still read 75°, and the air conditioning hadn't cooled the room at all. We contacted maintenance, and while waiting we discovered additional issues: * The ice maker wasn't producing ice. * Water was leaking underneath the entry door. * The unit had a strong musty odor that suddenly made sense once we saw the water intrusion. This wasn't exactly the first impression we expected after everything we'd seen online. To Evermore's credit, they agreed to move us into another accommodation. Instead of the original villa, we were relocated to what they refer to as a "five-story flat" (it's actually a four-bedroom unit located on the fifth floor--not a five-story residence). We were relieved because we assumed we'd finally have functioning air conditioning. Unfortunately, moving wasn't simple. We had to repack everything we had already unpacked, load our vehicles during a Florida rainstorm, unload everything again at the new building, and then wait another 45 minutes because our door code hadn't been activated. By the end of the first day, most of our vacation had been spent troubleshooting rooms, packing, moving, waiting, and dealing with customer service instead of making memories with our family. We told ourselves, "Things happen. We still have nine days left." Unfortunately, the Problems Continued The second unit had issues too. Two of the four bedrooms had virtually no airflow from the air conditioning system. It honestly felt like the ductwork wasn't even connected to those vents. Then came Florida's typical afternoon storm. Rainwater flooded the balcony so badly that it began coming through the window seals and into the unit. The floor became slippery enough that our child slipped, fell, and hit his head. When we reported both the water intrusion and that our child had fallen, we expected genuine concern and urgency. Instead, the response was an offer of a $500 resort dining credit. While compensation has its place, what disappointed us most was the lack of empathy surrounding the safety concern. Service Customer service throughout the stay was inconsistent. Many employees were friendly, but overall the resort often felt understaffed or disengaged. We frequently saw employees gathered in building lobbies on their phones instead of actively assisting guests. At the pool, staff openly discussed frustrations about pay differences compared to neighboring properties. At the food hall, managers often appeared to spend more time standing over employees than helping guests during busy periods. Bartenders frequently seemed more focused on completing closing duties than serving customers who were waiting. None of these moments individually ruined the vacation, but together they created an experience that didn't reflect the premium pricing Evermore charges. The Disconnect Evermore has incredible potential. The lagoon is beautiful. The property itself is visually impressive. The concept is fantastic. But the experience behind the marketing simply didn't match the expectations created online. When you're paying luxury prices, you expect luxury accommodations, responsive service, properly maintained rooms, and genuine concern when safety issues arise. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience. Final Thoughts If you're considering Evermore, don't rely solely on the influencer videos filling your social media feeds. Read reviews from paying guests. Look for recurring themes. For us, the beautiful marketing couldn't overcome repeated maintenance issues, multiple room relocations, water intrusion, inconsistent customer service, and an overall experience that fell well short of what a luxury resort should provide. I genuinely hope Evermore addresses these issues because the property has enormous potential. Our family simply expected the experience to match the price. read more

As an early birthday present I was taken to the Papaya Pool Club restaurant at the Conrad at Evermore resort. The restaurant is at a lagoon resort near Old Town West. After having my car valeted (it is required) I stepped out the back doors of the Conrad to walk to the Papaya Pool Club. The sight was breathtaking!!! Our restaurant was outdoor seating with your choice of covered seating with benches against the wall of the hotel, covered tables, bar seating, tables not covered to soak in the sun. Our server Omar was genuinely friendly, funny, and gave recommendations from drinks to appetizers to main dishes. Some of the alcoholic drinks are served in half seashells. Mocktails are available for those not wanting alcohol. Our party chose the covered seating with the benches along the wall. Even with the covered seating we had a view of the lagoon and man made beach. The clear see through water made you feel like you were away on vacation and left Orlando. In the moment all concerns of work, house, etc. did not exist. This place truly transports you to another reality filled with good food, good accommodations, informative and friendly staff, and an island like resort. For our food we started off with Empanadas that came and wings. We could not decide which kind of wings so we asked for the sauce on the side and was given three; buffalo, teriyaki, and ranch to try out. For the main dishes two of us went with the medium well burger and fries. The pictures does it no justice as it was much bigger and taller in person than the picture shows. It was pressed down and cut in half just so we could eat it. Another tried out a fish sandwich that was fried with fries. For dessert we went with a banana pudding that was just awesome! It tasted like a gourmet homemade version. After our meal we just sat there for a while and looked out at the water views. The day concluded with a tour of the grounds and planning a stay at the resort in the near future. If you have not visited Evermore resort you need to go. There are many other restaurant options, taco food stand, and even a food hall. This place is a must at least once!!!! read more

We have stayed at The Conrad at Evermore at least 10 times but decided to give Evermore a try. We had a horrible experience with Javier at Evermore. Even within the 30+ day change/cancellation period he would not assist or escalate our concern to management. After a family emergency 1/2 of my family was no longer able to attend our trip, I even offered to give proof if necessary of the medical emergency. I tried to switch to a smaller flat instead of the 7 bedroom house. Javier talked down to me and was not helpful at all. Offering us the solution of canceling the trip and taking a $1,900 deposit vs just allowing us to change to the flat, so I am extremely confused. He also did not inform me of the one time room type change only of a one time date change. Do yourself a favor and stay at The Conrad instead, the customer service is unmatched. read more

My new favorite getaway! Floridians love to vacation in other parts of Florida is so true. My family decided to spend a few days after Christmas here ...as a treat from my sister in law. I somehow got through the weekend without spending a penny, lucky me! We had 2 luxury 4 room suites that slept 20. One day we totally took advantage of lounging on the beach with drink and food service, kayaks, there was a hula hoop contest, basketball, dj, water slide, hot tub, hammocks... everything you can imagine or want on a resort! The restaurants on site are beautiful. Fire pits scattered here and there. Location is super close to all the parks; we went to Universal Studios. My family's experience at Evermore Resort was anything but relaxing. We left this vacation feeling exhausted and extremely disappointed. Two nights in a row, we were woken up at 1:00 AM by the fire alarm. The alarms were repeatedly triggered by people smoking weed, yet resort security did nothing to remove or address the individuals responsible. Because of this lack of action, the alarms went off three separate times: Friday night at 1:00 AM, Saturday afternoon around 12:40 PM, and again Saturday night at 1:00 AM. These alarms are incredibly loud and include flashing strobe lights. Many families staying here, including mine, have babies and young children. The false alarms terrified the kids and left everyone awake in the middle of the night. After spending so much money on this resort, it is completely unacceptable to deal with something like this multiple times with no meaningful response from security. For a place that markets itself as a luxury resort and charges premium prices, the lack of enforcement and guest management was shocking. A resort at this price point should be able to maintain a peaceful, family-friendly environment and properly handle situations like this. Honestly, you would be better off staying at a Disney resort where security and guest policies are taken seriously and issues like this are addressed quickly. I have stayed at many resorts before and have never experienced anything like this. Unfortunately, after losing sleep all weekend and seeing how poorly this situation was handled, I cannot recommend staying here. read more

Worth every penny! One of the best resorts I have ever been to. Staff was attentive. Facility was immaculately maintained. Place was breathtaking. You don't need to go anywhere staying here. Just enjoy the soft sandy beach, hit the warm pools, water slide, golf, kayak on the bay, grab a bite at the restaurant or food hall. So much more to do here. Great break from Disneyworld. Love that they offer complimentary shuttle to Disney. They have a shuttle almost every hour (except after 9:40, next time is 11:40 for EPCOT). Room service was delivered with care, although they've never came to retrieve the cart even though we pressed the button twice. Also wished their menu had some more options other than the usual burgers and fries American fare. We ended up ordering door dash by day 3 for Asian options. My kids didn't like the pizza, and chicken teriyaki and rice was very sour with the coleslaw making it inedible. The room was spacious and clean. Complimentary robes and slippers were given. They have a stocked mini fridge- note the fridge has sensors so if you remove something you will be charged even if you put it back. They give you 1 empty reusable bottle and you can refill it at the stations. Otherwise, be prepared to pay $6 for a bottle of water. read more

We booked one of the four-bedroom flats, and it truly felt like the resort thought of everything--comfort, convenience, and style. I love how seamless the entire check-in process was. You check in online, receive your door code, and never have to stop by a front desk. Any questions or requests? Just send a quick text, and the staff responds right away. Every time we needed something, someone arrived promptly to help. The flats themselves are beautifully designed and incredibly well equipped. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, from cookware to utensils, and the washer and dryer were a great bonus for families. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, especially for larger groups or families with teenagers. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable--everyone in our group commented on how well they slept! The resort grounds are spotless, and the staff throughout the property are friendly and professional. The food on-site was excellent, with the taco stand being a standout favorite among our group. There's also plenty to do at the lagoon, including free activities like kayaking and paddleboarding, plus affordable rentals for slides and rope swings. The only downside was that some life jackets could use a good cleaning. A few small details kept this from being a five-star review, though none would stop me from returning. The ice makers in the room fridges only produce crushed ice and tend to clog. The kitchen lights flickered, and although engineering responded quickly, they never returned to finish the repair during our stay. The pool jacuzzi jets were out of order for two days, and staff at the pool didn't seem to know who to contact about it. The outdoor sauna is a nice touch, but there's no water source nearby to fill the steam bucket. Additionally, the "heated" pools still felt on the cool side, and the lagoon was quite cold in February--but given its size, I understand it's difficult to heat. Parking was convenient, and I appreciated how close the resort is to Disney, Disney Springs, and plenty of restaurants. Everything inside the resort is easy to access and thoughtfully laid out. I also played a round of golf--beautiful course and in excellent shape, though admittedly on the pricey side. Overall, Evermore Resort is an outstanding place to stay--modern, clean, and packed with amenities. Despite a few minor inconveniences, the positives far outweigh them. I spent Thanksgiving at Evermore with my family and had a wonderful time! The grounds are beautiful and I loved the holiday decorations throughout the resort. We stayed in the flats. It was spacious and perfect for our family. The kids loved the bunk beds. We appreciated the variety of eating options and activities. My niece had a blast making friendship bracelets, participating in Taylor swift trivia, and getting her hair wrapped in an assortment of colors at the stand. For those who don't know, this is the former "Villa's of Grand Cypress ". Just prior to Covid I believe they came under new ownership and it closed down for a massive, and I mean massive renovation and basically a redevelopment. The main attraction is a man made 8 acre lagoon/pool, "Evermore Bay". Very impressive. Accommodations range from "Flats", vacation homes, and some of the former Villas. We opted for a villa. We had been going to the original Villas for nearly two decades and we heard they'll be taking them down so we wanted to stay there again. Okay, just to back up, there is a Conrad Hilton hotel on the property. They have their own amenities and can use Evermore amenities. There are a few restaurants on the property including a food hall where you can get pizza, burgers, tacos, etc., and I will say the prices are reasonable. I have the tendency to spoil my grandchildren so we bought a cabana each day. Well worth it because they give you bottled water and a $50 food credit along with a concierge taking care of you. My grandchildren think I'm rich. Ha Ha. In addition to the lagoon they have a large pool and hot tub, a massive slide into the pool and a rope swing over the lagoon. The kids loved that. On our last day we ate at the Conrad Hilton restaurant, "Sofia's". It's a buffet style restaurant or a la carte. We chose buffet, had everything you could think of. Price, you really don't want to know, you're on vacation have fun. So although it should be 5 stars I'm giving it 4, actually 4.5. Why? I rarely write reviews, but after our experience I feel like people should know what to expect. My family stayed at Evermore Resort expecting a relaxing vacation, but instead we left completely exhausted. During our stay the fire alarm went off three different times twice at 1:00 AM on two separate nights and once during the day around 12:40 PM. The middle-of-the-night alarms were especially frustrating. The sirens are extremely loud and the strobe lights flash throughout the building, waking everyone up instantly. There were many families staying here, including ours with young children and babies, and the alarms terrified them. What made the situation worse was the lack of communication and action from security. It was obvious that people were smoking in the building because the smell of marijuana was strong in the hallways, yet the same problem continued to happen again the following night. It felt like nothing was being done to address the situation. For a resort that charges premium prices and markets itself as a luxury destination, this was completely unacceptable. Guests should be able to expect a peaceful environment and proper enforcement of rules. After paying a lot of money to stay here, spending two nights being woken up at 1:00 AM by false alarms was incredibly frustrating. This resort was great! It was beautiful, big, and very nice for families. We stayed in a 4 bedroom flat with about 11 people and we were comfortable. The flat had 4 bathrooms, a huge balcony, a very nice open kitchen area with a huge island with lots of seating. I truly enjoyed this resort. The food was a little pricey along with the cocktails. But, the food was pretty good. The cockatiels were a bit weak imo. The pools open at sunrise and close at sunset. The slide pool closed at 10pm which is also pretty cool. (I didn't go down that slide and i regret it) they have sand by the lagoon and a bunch of chairs, swings, hammocks and beach chairs with umbrellas. They also have a volleyball court, a boathouse, and so many other amenities that have to do with the water. They have kayaking and paddle boarding, as well as boat rental for the lagoon. All in all, i enjoyed my stay here. I wish they would've came and cleaned since they charge a $650 cleaning fee. Nobody came and cleaned the unit our entire stay which was annoying. We called for more towels, dishwashing pods etc. they provided those rather quickly as well. The resort is a bit off the beaten path. If you're not driving, Ubers will have a very hard time locating you. Keep that in mind. But, I'd return here with a group it was perfect for us all. See pics below. read more

The villas were well kept, the trolley was convenient and timely. Amenities are top notch. We loved the kayaks, boat ride, available seating, restaurants, and huge slide! Everything we did was fun. This review reflects my 6-night stay in 2BR Villa. Prep & Check-in: Prior to the stay we received many emails about paying the remainder of the bill despite already paying in full initially, which is odd. Evermore has an app, that will assist you in setting up optional "Easy Pass" for check-in which will give you a QR code to scan at arrival gate. The app is not user friendly. You can make an account, add guests, but it continues to ask for your reservation number, removes guests and wants you to update it repeatedly. That being said I would attempt to complete the pre-check-in per directions you will receive in emails. Having the QR code to scan made check-in extremely easy, the door lock pass code and Villa location was sent via text message and was seamless. Our villa was ready by 12p. There are 2 gate entrances, one entrance has much better signage as to specific villa locations than the other. We found villa numbers more helpful than actual names of roads. 2BR Villa - We were a villa in 1400s (Pride Court Section) which was right across from Lagoon/Slide entrance and just a few steps to villa pool and 2 hot tubs. Great location with simple parking. The villa itself though was dated, hard to tell what they actually may have "refreshed" since remodel. Kitchen was complete with all utensils. Washer and Dryer combo and they give you laundry/dishwasher tabs. Air conditioner was perfect. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Very nice terrace area overlooking pond/golf area. Huge dining room table, enough for 8 people. Soaking tubs looked lovely but only one had a working drain, the other wouldn't hold water. Rainfall showers with body jets were great. Wi-Fi was quite spotty - in our villa we had limited connection while in the kitchen areas and would have to move around to get the better access. Pros: Many windows, vaulted ceilings, great view, and spacious. Cons: Dated and damaged furniture. There were many stickered dots throughout villa so Evermore is aware that things are damaged or not working and still allows you to pay full price without fixing items prior to stay. Poor painting and carpet work - obvious chips, drips, and just overall poor painting and carpet work throughout. Clearly not deep cleaned. Many dead bugs, months of dust and other guest's wrappers in the kitchen. We are realistic (Being Florida) and did see some live bugs that we took care of, but the dead bugs should not be there. Some of the terrace doors were dated/old wood had gaps that let in the bugs and lizard/gecko type friends that while I am not afraid of, is not what is expected when a booking high end resort. Amenities: The Lagoon is beautiful as in pictures. Many lifeguards and staff at lagoon/slide and looks like a lot of fun for families. The Villa pool had no staff at all, appeared unkempt with weeks of leaves and branches around area. The pool itself was warm and very clean. 2 villa hot tubs looked dated but clean. The food court was empty at dinner time when we walked through. We didn't try any of the restaurants or food here, so cannot speak to that. Fees: Not included in cost of room or taxes was an additional $360.00 "All in one" Fee including cleaning, damages, and amenities. I don't know about you, but I have never left a hotel/resort damaged. As I described cleaning was far from extensive and when you check-out, they expect you to have trash and dishwasher taken care of. Staff: Their text function is very good, and they were responsive to removing a lizard/gecko friend that we couldn't reach, but then another quickly came after him and we realized they could get in from the gap in old door. We cleaned up and removed bugs ourselves as we don't prefer others entering room once we have our belongings out. They do have safes for you to use though. Front gate staff always smiled and were pleasant. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, we didn't spend that much time at the resort, we spent much of our time at theme parks, shopping, cooked in our room after going to Publix and/or went our to local restaurants for meals. Unless you are planning to use the lagoon, pools, and slide or have multiple families to break up some costs there are much newer/value properties with villas in Orlando that the Evermore. read more

The slide pool is near the lagoon, but it is very cramped/busy. for the size of this property, there are not enough food choices . Hopefully they will improve upon this as time goes on. Our 4 bdrm flat was amazing. It was well equipped, very modern with all the needed conveniences you would expect at a high-end resort. Better seating outside please, need a small table and chairs for four or 6. We only had two small chairs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The dining at the Conrad is high end and decent. You cannot use the pool at the Conrad or the beach area that is designated for the Conrad, which is a little better than the areas for the evermore guests. Dining at SouthBeach was ok. The pizza was actually very good!! They definitely had some good entertainment choices for everybody , always something to do. I should note mostly for the kids. If you like to gawk at celebrities, you would be happy here a lot of sports people and influencers floating around. Security was present throughout the resort. The overall feel of the resort is high-end the landscaping is top-notch the design was well thought out and you can't beat that lagoon its just so Caribbean!! Would definitely return. read more

We stayed at Evermore in November 2024 and booked in February 2025 to return in December for another family vacation. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we need to cancel our reservation--but we were unaware of the non-refundable policy at the time of booking. Despite reaching out and explaining the situation, the hotel has refused to refund our money or offer any kind of credit. This is the hotels response: Thank you for reaching out. I do want to clarify that it is not the responsibility of our agents to communicate the cancellation policy, as this is outlined on our website and has remained the same since our opening. this place was cool for a family with kids. you have the big slide, big pool, kayaking, cliff jumping, restaurants and golf. I recommend it for a short stay, if you are going to the pool get there early or you won't find a spot near the bars, food or activities. the attendant at the slides were super nice, we saw activities on saturday by the pool. the apartment we stayed at was very nicely decorated, they have a big kitchen table, washer and dryer, the balcony was big and overall it was nice. read more

They are new, so I feel iffy about leaving a review for something so new, because like with anything new, they have some things to adjust! We arrived at 5:00 pm on the check in day and our room wasn't ready. Red flag. In the lobby were guests with a 90 year old, and they had been waiting since 3 pm for their room. Red flag. The manger on duty said he didn't know when our suite would be ready - 2, 3, 4 hours - he had no idea. Red flag as we had a pregnant mother in the lobby with us! In addition , we had 5 kids in total! I don't knows combined with blank stares" as we tried to understand when our room would be ready to plan for the evening. To say the least, customer service wasn't great! Amenities: rooms are new and clean! Fantastic! But can they upkeep those white couches that ver time?!? **and, fyi, there is an extra charge for cleaning. If you want that, which I recommend, you will be paying per day. We made breakfasts, but ate out for lunch and dinner. But we wanted the beds made, clean towels, etc.. just know there is an extra charge per day. For the day time, if you want a spot close to the water, you do have to get up early and go save your spot. We liked that there was a lot of activities, but remember to sign up soon as you book, because they fill up quickly! We missed out on a few because we didn't sign up on time. There are lots of activities for kids, golfing for the parents, spa, water activities, etc.. and, you're close to Disney springs, Universal Citywalk, and the largest macdonalds that still serves a mcpizza (Philly cheese steak, mcspaghetti, waffles, etc)! Visited in 2019 with my husband and our two teens when property was Grand Cypress villas-loved it and couldn't wait to come back. The villas were beautiful with a wonderful pool offering drink and food service. Rear of our villa looked out on to water feature with fish and water fowl and golf greens. The golf club house offered a very nice restaurant Guests were able to use the water park at the adjacent Hyatt. I think we were expecting a similar vibe and quality of service when we came back. Unfortunately, the villas are showing wear and tear. You get one house keeping visit per week unless you pay extra. The carpet in our villa needed a good cleaning. The beautiful villa pool no longer offers food and drink service and there are no attendants picking up dirty discarded towels. The villa section of the resort seems to have been forgotten which is really too bad because it's the only part that still retains the charm of the original resort. The rest of the resort is well maintained. Evermore is larger with a new hotel, houses and flats that resemble tenement buildings. There is no fine dining restaurant on the property. The Twin View restaurant is supposed to be their better dining option but can't decide if it wants to be a sports bar or a restaurant- service is lacking, food is expensive and unimpressive. There is an impressive man made lagoon that resembles a pool in the middle of the resort. A few areas are roped off for swimming with the most of it used for kayaks and paddle boards. My husband enjoyed both golf courses-the old course has been modified but is coming back and he said the new course still needs to be tweaked. They're in the process of building a new clubhouse. There is also a food court where you can buy pizzas, wraps, fruit and other supplies. But overall, the atmosphere of the resort has completely changed. It feels very impersonal. The only thing unique about it is the lagoon and the many options for families to stay. The resort caters to families with young children and their grandparents-don't get me wrong -I have nothing against small children and grandparents. There are small children everywhere, at every pool and every restaurant. You still have access to the Hyatt's restaurants but can no longer use their water features. In the end Evermore is a new resort, good for families with young children but lacking the charm, personality and service of the original Grand Cypress. read more

Overall a good experience because they handled some hiccups well. Original booking was the villas. It is old, dirty carpet and just gross. They moved us to the flats which are new and modern. Beautiful place. Just wish there were screens so we could leave the sliding door open. The large pond is gorgeous. Kayaks and paddleboards are free to use. There are huge swimming areas. Absolutely amazing resort. From the moment that we entered the hotel, we felt like we were home. All staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful, especially Kirsten B. Our room was phenomenal. We had all of the space that a family of four could dream of. We especially appreciated the bath robes, turn down service with chocolates and slippers, and amazing bath tub. Sophia's Trattoria was a great spot for a breakfast buffet. The pool and lagoon were so beautiful and so much fun. There are activities such as corn hole, connect four, and more. The staff provides you with a carton of water whenever you request it. Beaded bracelets act as room key. On the Evermore side, there is a machine that sprays sunscreen on you while you spin on a rotating floor. There is also an awesome food (court) hall that had pizza, wraps, burgers, and more. Each time that we visited the pool or lagoon, the staff were very accommodating in setting up lounge chairs with towels for us. read more

This is a nice resort - it's just ran very very poorly. I went through all of their pre-vetting to stay and then when I got there they ended up charging me $300+ a night more. They didn't even tell me how much it was going to be. I was supposed to get a call back and I never did. I would not recommend going here. Lots of better places.. We are currently staying here and a couple of days ago their city water had a break. The FIRST night we stayed with no running water only for it to come back at 2:30 in the morning. I spoke to someone that night and they stated that the "director" was going to send out a notification to everyone about what they were going to be doing in the next few days. Did they ever reach out? NO. Day 2 there was a water notice stating we had to be careful about consuming or using the water because of possible contamination. Fast forward to day 3 here and their solution is using water bottles. We are a family of 11 here and they have given us 12 bottles. ONE BOTTLE PER PERSON... to cook, brush out teeth, wash our face, etc. we are beyond pissed as we contacted customer service and they can't even give us a discount for our stay. A woman literally told us on our phone "pretend like if you were in Mexico" wtf says that???? Long story short, think again before spending over 3k here and spend it somewhere else. Never coming back here again. They just want your money. We know it's not their fault the water broke, but atleast be considerate about how people spend their money here and are actually looking for a fun vacation. DONT GO TO EVERMORE. read more

Our favorite place to vacation. Have been there several times and they have been consistent. Friendly staff, clean facility and plenty of fun to be had. My favorite is going for Labor Day weekend when they have the Bay Games and a chance to win a free stay at the resort. Excellent place for family fun, reunions or a quick staycation. Something to do for all ages. Love the convenience of having a full kitchen and washer/dryer in every unit. We have met so many friends at this resort and amazing memories with the family that we will cherish for a lifetime. Huge fan of the Grilled chicken caesar salad wrap at the landings ($12) and the Mr. Softee ice cream truck. Food prices are reasonable in the food court but the Market Store is expensive. Wow. What a disappointment at Twin View Restaurant at Evermore Resort. We received terrible service. Party of four. Waited an hour for appetizers. Had to go to the bar ourselves to get a refill. They brought us one roll each - placing a single roll on a bread plate and that is all we got for an hour. People on each side - another party of 4 and a party of 2 - were seated AFTER us but got their appetizers AND their dinner before we even got our appetizers. We asked to speak to the manager, who came by about 15 minutes later and said, "The chef apologizes for the delay with your appetizers." And then turned to walk away. Food was okay. My filet was not cooked as requested. Mushroom appetizer was meh. Not the service you would expect for the price paid. Server was friendly but inattentive. The manager was completely apathetic. We did have a few issues, but let me start with the pros by saying this resort is top tier. I took my family & friends for a bday celebration and it truly was amazing. The grounds are beautiful & safe. We stayed in the 9 bedroom villa with private pool & theater... it was simply BEAUTIFUL! The beach area was pristine and had activities like kayaking, paddle boarding, bungee jump & water slide. They have a great bar area with very friendly staff - Kyle & Michael were PHENOMENAL! Additionally there is a small food court and convenience store on site. It is a really great place... now on to the cons. 1.Villa is advertised as heated pool (OURS WAS NOT) 2. Villa has a theater (OURS NEVER WORKED DURING OUR STAY) 3.The stove in our unit stopped working, private chef couldn't prepare the BIRTHDAY DINNER had to resort to cooking food elsewhere & bringing it to us during our stay. (NEVER WAS REPAIRED) 4. Wi-Fi was splotchy and kept going out in the Villa (MAYBE INVESTING IN CODED WIFI FOR SECTIONS OF THE PROPERTY WOULD HELP THIS, opposed to the general "guest" service) 5. Not enough lounge chairs/seating in beach area & cabanas are $1300 to rent. 6. Guests have difficulty at gate getting on the property 7. I submitted several work orders for my issues and the staff is very good at responding BUT no one qualified ever comes to fix the problem. They sent a painter to fix the theater! Evermore...never more? This Orlando resort advertises itself as a central Florida hotspot that offers villas, flats, and a resort with the main attraction--a massive lagoon in the center of the property. The lagoon serves as a water-park, with several "beaches" guests can enjoy, yet there are a few aspects that leave me feeling as salty as my margarita rim. Most of the swimming areas only go to a depth of 2 feet, one spot does reach 8 feet deep but for an 8 acre lagoon and a property that boasts its size, there should be many more swimming areas not just kiddie pools. There are free rentals for kayaks and paddle boards which is a wonderful activity, however they have full access to all lagoon areas and as an avid swimmer I was jealous and frustrated with my 2 feet deep pond. While we are on the topic of depth, the space is the beaches are extremely limited and I basically played Hunger Games to access an chair and umbrella. When I asked a worker for help she said the umbrellas are bolted down...kind of an interesting decision given the notorious Florida sun, no? The villas also have their own pool which is basically abandoned and has even less sun coverage as there are no umbrellas in sight. I called the front desk to have someone bring an umbrella over and they said they will be on their way shortly but no one came (more on this later). The South beach had activities, games, and very loud music but if you have young children and earplugs it can be quite enjoyable. There is also an ice cream truck and a food-court on South Beach. They have three styles of food: pizza, burgers, and health conscious wraps/bowls. The food court has an abundance of workers mostly standing around and chatting and to get a simple coffee it takes 20 minutes in the morning. The East beach across from the flats has a fun food truck/bar with a delicious looking menu for the seafood lovers out there. Drinks were overpriced but that's resort drinking for you (shrug). The Twin View restaurant took so long I would have been better-off flying to Italy for my Carmelle pasta. Onto the rooms...I can't speak for the flats but from what I witnessed they looked cheaply made but clean and new which is more than can be said for the villas. We entered our room to a frog and a gecko and had to play animal wrangler ourselves because the front desk is not only unreliable, but blatant liars. They told us it would take anywhere from 30 minutes-2 hours for someone to help us get the gecko and frog out and then when we called to have the room cleaned they said that would be no problem...flashback to four hours later and when we came back to an unclean room they informed us that housekeeping is only every 7 days. The staff communicates like a bad ex boyfriend...I've read many complaints about customer service and I disagree. I feel the workers are overall friendly but there is no real cohesion and the manager needs to move some of them from standing around in the cafe to other areas of the hotel. One major issue that I felt necessary to include in my review is the general lack of concern regarding the wellbeing of its guests at Evermore. Aside from the front gate check-in process and occasional security guards, there is no one checking up on the villas. They don't have housekeeping service for 7 days at a time, which means we stayed in our villa for multiple nights without a single team member coming by. The phones in the room aren't connected to the front desk, so you must call from your cell phone and as I previously mentioned, the front desk service is unreliable at best and several of my calls just went completely unanswered. I didn't feel unsafe but at the risk of sounding dramatic, a little neglected... While personally I won't be spending my money here I do feel that the resort has major potential. The lagoon is a fun time and feels like I'm at a water park and the less crowded beaches (while shallow) are very relaxing and offered a nice escape from the paddle board/kayak/slide area which had more children. The flats and houses are brand new so while I didn't experience them, I would recomend staying there instead of the outdated villa suites. I think the staff is trying their best given it is a relatively newer hotel, but they need to reassign and clarify roles and most importantly, improve guest communication!!! read more

Super over priced. We left a luggage behind and it was stolen by housekeeping, we are 100% sure we accidentally left it in the room. Never got a phone call never got a return. There is also another review on here saying the housekeepers are thieves. Also, they charged us $275 cleaning fee for leaving towels on the floor. We cleaned the unit ourselves the entire time, it was so stressful. It was so expensive you would've thought we would've had our own Butler but yet we were doing our own dishes and laundry. The entire time we worried that about cleaning the unit. On a happy note the employees in the lobby were very nice and it's a pretty property. Pool was stinky. read more

The good. Layout of the villas is nice with each bedroom/ensuite. Upon entering the unit you were met with the smell of the carpet. The carpet throughout the unit is dirty has a noticeable ,worn and needs to be removed. The television in the living room did not work. The lighting is very poor outside the unit. I would not recommend staying at The villas because they are outdated . I advise management on 2 occasions and they could care less. I was advised , Housekeeping decides when carpet needs to be replaced. I was there only 2 days so did not use the other amenities at the resort. But again, I do not recommend The Villas. I had high hopes for this resorts but it appears once you pay in full you get what you get. read more
