Just a great local bar. Family owned and family ran This area needs a cool local watering hole to meet up with your friends and loved ones for a chill night with some tasty brews Speaking of, these beers are no joke. They are great tasting and also super strong. The sunset ale is over 7% Again, the place is just super chill

Had a great experience at Conscious Brewing. The atmosphere is really laid-back, and they went above and beyond by giving us a behind-the-scenes tour of the brewing process, which was super interesting! They also have darts, which was a fun touch. Definitely a spot I'd come back to, esp for trivia thursdays!

I play D&D with TPK Miami here and love that Miami Shores has its very peak nano brewery! The beers are all solid and there is a good variety from ambers to IPAs. The venue is cozy and efficient. The bartender Eddie is the nicest guy and will remember you by name if you come more than once. The only downside currently is there's no food, but there are plenty of options nearby and they don't mind if you bring something in.

Great new spot in downtown Miami Shores. Good selection of craft beer and for those not into beer, they have red/white wine. They don't offer food but you can order from the Food Truck of the day. Great service from the owners Jessica and Eddie. Very personal. They make you feel welcome. This is our new spot. Great place to have a drink, watch a game or you can adventure to Friday nights for some comedy. Highly recommended.

Sunset on a Saturday (Imperial Blonde)

Atmosphere and environment is new, clean, and inviting. Eddie was awesome, super nice. And of course of utmost importance is the quality of the beer. Had the Imperial Blonde! Very crisp and smooth, you can tell the quality is top tier!

Honestly, I LOVED this place. Easily a 9.5/10!…read more For drinks, we had La Rubia & Laces IPA, both were delicious, and we enjoyed some samples too with so many options to choose from! The food menu is also great with lots of choices. If I remember correctly, we ordered popcorn chicken, pork nachos, pork belly bites, and chorizo pan. Everything was so good! The space and seating area are fantastic, with indoor bar seating, outdoor covered tables, and cozy lounge areas. We've already been twice and will definitely keep going back! TikTok @WorthTheStopp

The La Rubia Blonde Ale is light, crisp, and easy to drink. There's an onsite food truck called Mad Burger, serving up tasty burgers and appetizers that pair perfectly with their beers. I tried their chicken tenders and they were very, very good! The beer lineup has a good mix of flavors that's easy to enjoy. There are light, refreshing beers, some hoppy or fruity beers with a bit more flavor, and a few sour or tangy beers. They have creative beer cocktails too. The Café Con Flan is a rich porter topped with creamy flan foam is as tasty as it is fun. The Manguito Mojito is a hazy IPA with citrusy aromas and hints of pineapple, mango, and peach. The Lulo Sour Slushy is served during the summertime, a sour ale blended like a slushy with bright tropical fruit flavor. My favorite has to be the 95 Expresso Martini made with Klir Red, Bustelo cold brew, a coffee porter reduction, and cacao chipotle bitters. It's rich, smooth, and coffee-forward with just the right hint of bitterness & spice. They host salsa nights, fútbol watch parties, trivia, and fun community events. My last visit was for a Madrid vs Barcelona game. WHAT A GAME!!

I really wanted to love Citadel, but my overall experience left me with mixed feelings…read more On the positive side: the food was good, and the cleaning staff were extremely friendly, though clearly understaffed for the volume of people the place gets. That said, several things impacted my experience. It was very hot inside and packed with people, which makes it nearly impossible for the staff to provide good service. The exhaust/ventilation system doesn't seem sufficient for how busy the space gets, so you end up leaving with your hair and clothes smelling like food. The terrace looks lovely, but with Miami heat (easily 90°F), sitting outside isn't really a comfortable option. Lastly, most of the seating is uncomfortable, which doesn't help when the atmosphere is already overwhelming. Sorry, this is a place that I won't go back.

The concept is self-service, and the atmosphere is super relaxed and local, making it perfect for gatherings with friends or family. I totally recommend it if you're in the area and can't decide what to eat. This place has a little bit of everything for everyone!

A Hidden Gem with Flavor and Vibe…read more Stopped in for a casual evening and left already planning my return. Biscayne Bay Brewing nails the balance between laid-back charm and elevated flavors. I started with a margarita that was surprisingly delightful--bright, balanced, and not overly sweet. It set the tone perfectly. I also sampled one of their signature beers, and it was everything you'd want from a local brew: crisp, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. For bites, we shared the fish dip and hummus--both winners. The fish dip had that smoky, briny depth that pairs beautifully with a cold drink, and the hummus was smooth, fresh, and generously portioned. The location itself is a vibe: welcoming, stylish, and perfect for catching up with friends or winding down after a long day. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Biscayne Bay Brewing is worth the stop.
