If you own a classic car like me, it's hard to find someone who knows and understands them. Phillip and his crew were so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating to me. Did everything I asked for, offered other recommendations and were honest about whether I should do them or wait. They provided rides for me when I left my car. They were done really quick. Reasonable cost for the service. And everything was perfect. Will use again in the future and highly recommend!

It was not so I got charged $200 for the diagnosis alone. They then wanted to replace the EGR valve sensor for $750. The part from Ford was $30 online, and Mr. Lee installed it in less than two hours for $140. It's hard to find trustworthy mechanics. Definitely will return for any issues in the future.

His pricing is hands-down the best around, and the quality of his work is outstanding. He's extremely knowledgeable and clearly knows exactly what he's doing, even with more advanced, technical repairs. I drive a 2020 Mazda CX-30 that's had multiple mechanical issues, and the dealership was quoting me thousands of dollars for repairs. Lee took care of everything for a fraction of the price. One job included replacing the rear liftgate latch assembly, which required taking apart the entire interior of the trunk. Another repair involved replacing the AC compressor, which I've learned is a common issue with this model due to faulty clutches. He's also done my brakes and rotors, and every experience has been smooth and stress-free. I truly couldn't imagine going anywhere else for service on my Mazda. Highly recommend!

Kassandra was also very welcoming and thoughtful, she even recommended a small bakery nearby if I wanted a comfortable place to relax while waiting. As a woman, it can sometimes be difficult to find a mechanic you feel comfortable with and can trust not to take advantage of you. This was absolutely the best place to go,I felt respected, informed, and completely at ease throughout the whole process. Overall, an AMAZING experience. I truly appreciate the great customer service!

Higher viscosity leads to higher pressures which lead to seals leaking and failing. I'm really surprised you haven't researched this. How about the leaking oil filter a day after install? Seems like a sure way to get more money outta a customer once their engine gets starved of oil. How about the sloppy work with oil left all over my car? Lack of care and integrity. How about the scratches from resting my tires on the paint of my car? Lazy and inconsiderate. Pulled from the article that copied and pasted "Engine Design Changes: Newer Toyota engines are designed with tighter tolerances and specific lubrication needs that necessitate these thinner oils, such as OW-16 or OW-8." Exactly my 2019 Lexus ux250 is a newer Toyota engine if you weren't aware , so why are changing it?

I returned to that shop and asked them to inspect it again, but they told me nothing was wrong and recommended replacing my tires for a smoother ride--even though the tires were only three years old and had just 13,000 miles on them. I then brought my car to Frank Honda and Toyota Auto Repair for a diagnostic second opinion. Mike inspected it and called me right away with a serious finding: the left rear brake caliper bolts were missing, and the right front brake caliper bolts were loose from the previous brake job. This was especially concerning because I had already returned to the original shop and been told the vehicle was fine. This issue could have caused the brakes to seize, putting both my safety and my vehicle at serious risk. I am incredibly grateful to Mike and the team at Frank Honda and Toyota Auto Repair for their honesty, attention to detail, and outstanding service. They identified and corrected a dangerous mistake that another shop had made, and I truly believe their work protected me from a serious accident. They have earned my complete trust and will be my mechanics for life.
