Jack Williams did a fantastic job of repairing scrapes on three bumpers of my BMW AND did it at a great price. I got two estimates before getting work done and this place estimated it would cost only half as much as the other place (in La Mesa). They did not cut corners. I have a 32' Winnebago motor home with a Chevrolet front cab that was experiencing a primer failure which made the paint peel like a lot of vehicles you see have experienced. This is because the primer that was used has to hard of a surface for the paint to stick to. (Bummer) To repair this properly the area affected has to be sanded down to metal and reprimerd and repainted. I checked with several shops in my area from El Cajon to Santee and most of them couldn't satisfy me they would repaint in the proper way it needed to be done. I checked with Rick at Jack Williams Auto Body and Paint and they seemed to be very knowledgeable about the process required to fix the problem and was able to do the work for the same price others wanted for a repair that would have failed again. When the work was completed I was extremely impressed on the quality they did on my motor home. Talk about a beautiful and smooth paint job they did for me I was completely impressed with the quality and attention they paid on the job they performed. Although I'm full of good intentions when it comes to writing a review, I'm not the best at following through. But there is no way that I could not follow through with my thoughts about Jack Williams Auto Body & Paints Of course, it is a good thing to find an auto body repair shop that does a great job repairing your brand-spanking-new Tuscon hybrid that you managed to smash up when you backed into a truck. That alone would warrant a positive review. But it is amazing to find a family-run business that not only does great work, but makes you feel like you're a part of their family as well. Everyone there, including Brandon, Vicky, (Jack's sister), and Jack are simply exceptional people who are sincere, honest, kind, dedicated to what they do, and proud of the quality of work that they produce. There is no need for any 'hype' or 'salesmanship' because there is something about the very atmosphere itself that speaks louder and truer than any voice could possibly do. The quality of repairs was such that no one would ever know that my car had been damaged. The final cost to me was half of what I was prepared to pay. What a rare combination to have under one roof; professionalism. expert workmanship, a fair price, and human warmth. While I may be tempted to bash my car up again just so I could bring it here to have it repaired, I'll try not to go out of my way to do so. Our 2007 Volvo V70, 4 door stationwagon was hit on the passenger's bumper, front panel, wheel, hood, side mirror, door and passenger back. It was driveable but needed over $4,000 in body work, according to the woman's insurance adjuster. I stopped in to Jack Williams Auto Body Paints This morning. I drive one of those White vehicle that's pealling like a lizard. It was the fourth auto body and paint place I've been through in the last week, each one quoting 17 to $2500, but none of them stated the obvious if you don't remove all the paint on a vehicle, that's peeling like this, The peeling will return. I was impressed. Brandon gave me the honest answer. He didn't try to pull a fast one and take my 2500. . I stopped by because of the five stars on all 48 reviews. WOW!!! Came in for an estimate on my Tesla because a student had keyed it, and the owner Rick asked me if I wanted to hear the good news. He called over his paint expert and told me it could be polished, then proceeded to tell me how you never want to paint a car if it doesn't need it! Most other shops would have written up an estimate and tried to paint the entire door. Instead, his paint expert spent less than 10 minutes polishing it and you can't even tell anything had been there! THIS is how you build a business and loyalty with your clients. This is my second review of Jack Williams Auto Body. I had an unfortunate event take place while driving through the desert that brought to them for repairs for a second time. The work this shop does is unmatched. I had a dent that ran through 3 different body lines, the door crease and the contouring of the rear fender well. It was creased, warped and tweaked but not enough to warrant chopping out the panel entirely. When I c got the car back I couldn't even tell it had been there. Door gap was on point, the color match was perfect and the finish was glass. They even took care of some minor scratches I had in a few other locations as a courtesy. Just top notch customer service. Vicky in the office was in constant communication and very friendly and Brandon even gave me a ride to enterprise because they forgot to pick me up in my rental car. Checked them out after reading the Yelp reviews. The estimate I was given was 200 less than the place my insurance sent me too and they didn't have to replace the door like the first place wanted too. Since I'm military, they went above and beyond for me, blending paint in all the way back to the bumper, and even touching up a scratch back there. On top of that, they touched up the acid rain damage at no cost and vacuumed inside and also wiped down all the panels. It was just an outstanding experience.
