Conveniently locate next to the subway, F, A, & C train. I would not recommend driving because parking is terrible in this area due to the courts and shopping center/stores in the area. I was very depressed, and simultaneously anxious about my entire life, and whether it was even worth living. I met with the case managers, counselors, and job developers here and they have since gotten me the help I needed, and have send me on a ton of interviews. The interviews are definitely your run of the mill entry level jobs mostly, but hey a job is a job and HRA and PA are USELESS. So overall, if you're here it is because you need help bad, and the staff here (other than that one South Indian lady in room 314 who can't give less of a fuck) WILL help you.

The most important thing I found out about this place, is that they are very insensitive to people with a disability. I am legally deaf. I do have some hearing. When I explained to the speaker that I was legally deaf, she didn't bother to speak a little louder. She continued at the second time. She said one of her colleagues would explain everything to me later that never happened then she stood in front of me so what do you want me to do stand right in front of you so that way you can hear me as to mock me she was very insensitive towards a person with a disability and should be reprimanded for it also her colleague did the same thing and I had to make a statement that this is not a matter of National security you can speak up I cannot hear you these people are very insensitive towards people with a disability

They had nothing to offer, just another third party that has to make it look like they are doing something. The mission: you fill out tons and tons of paperwork to sit on someone's desk. In my opinion just get out and find a job nothing here for seniors, it's rather depressing to say the least.

I went from one agency to another where they literally play games to set the employee up on false allegations. I could write a book. At one agency I worked with an employee at the HRA Medicaid division (daughter) and 2 1/2 years later was sent to another agency (DOT) and worked with the mother who was determined to destroy my character until an employee at HRA met me in the park to tell me they are doing all they can to literally destroy me. I reported the issue but nothing ever became of it. I do think other agencies that protect employees should look into what happens to employees from these agencies and apply strict rules and regulations. I want to work and to show due diligence as I have my BA degree and Masters and maybe that was the problem. Jealousy and afraid I would want their position. No, not in the least.
