I've dealt with several recruiters/headhunters over the past 6 months (I use the word "dealt" very intentionally) and none have come close to providing the level of support, initiative, warmth, and clarity that Brian S. brought to every interaction, no matter how small. Brian was incredibly professional throughout my hiring journey while also imbuing the process with a sense of profound investment on his part. I felt like he had my back at all times and, like any great tactician, was able to keep the complexities and logistical stresses of the process veiled so that I could focus on giving the best interviews possible. Because of this, I landed a great new job at an incredible company. It feels silly to write this about a recruiter but I'll sincerely miss our phone calls. We talked and i got some helpful interview tips, and got an interview (and ultimately the job where I am now) with a financial services company. I had a pretty good experience overall with the company, and would recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a job. One thing that could be improved on was follow-through, especially towards the end of the hiring process. I basically had the job in hand, but was waiting for confirmation...and I followed up with Core, but did not hear anything back. Perhaps it was the hiring company that dropped the ball, but it was a bit concerning that i basically had the job, but didn't have a specific start date nailed down. The hiring compnay stepped in and all was well, but keep that in mind. That may be how things go in these type of situations, so keep that in mind.
