There is lots of really stylish clothing across a spectrum of prices, so something for everyone's budget. They have a large assortment of jeans, a few pairs of shoes and handbags, scarves, sweaters, dresses, blouses, t-shirts and jumpsuits- they have it all. This visit, the back wall was adorned with several jean jackets, many with fun embellishments, making an Instagram worthy backdrop. Personally, I love the jewelry. Pieces from local artists, national designers, and inexpensive fashion jewelry as well. This visit they had an assortment of "bumblebee" pins that were vintage looking and so fun! There is always a pair of earrings, a necklace, or bracelet that I have to have. On my recent visit, it was a turquoise hair clip that could not be passed up. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They were a bit suspicious as I was taking lots of pics, but in the end realized I was just there to enjoy my shopping experience.

Daron helped me select my clothing and gave me ideas about putting together colors. The store carries Habitat, one of my favorite brands, but she found for me other brands I like just as well. They had more items in stock than I have seen at other Rosses so that was encouraging and variety is what keeps it fun. I found several items at great prices for the win! The dressing room attendant was probably the nicest person I've ever encountered at any retail store. The dressing rooms were also surprised, they're pretty clean and the doors go all the way down to the floor and are about 7 feet tall so that's the most privacy of ever experiencing my entire life trying on anything. It was very secure and comfortable. There was no line to check out as plenty of cashiers were on duty.

Usually I find lots of clothing but I struck out at this store. Bought just one item, a super fancy black cocktail dress with a silver brocade empire chest. I have absolutely no place to wear this, but....it was $6.49! Yep, for less than a glass of wine, I purchased a cocktail dress! Since this coming New Year's will welcome 2020, I'm hoping someone, maybe me, will throw a fancy party. If so, I'll be there in style! Love how Ross is open until 11:00pm. Seems crazy to me but I'm often bored at night so this gives me a purpose, to go on a bargain hunt. Oddly, seems like others are on my schedule. Staff in fitting room, at jewelry counter, and check out were all friendly and helpful. Won't seek this particular Ross out as a destination as I do some of the other Ross locations, but since I was kind of in the area tonight (West Linn) I took the "scenic" route home so I could try my look at bargain shopping. On top of that, it was marked up even more than the price of a genuine NeeDoh, which makes the situation feel especially misleading. The quality and packaging were noticeably off once I looked at it closer at home. This does not reflect what I expect from an upscale boutique. I would strongly caution others to double-check anything purchased here, especially "name brand" items. This felt misleading and not worth the price paid.

Beware of the customer service!! My 12 year old daughter…read morejust had an unfortunate experience. She choose to spend $12.50 of her own money on a giant donut squishy. When she opened it, not only was the texture not what she expected, but the topping wouldn't stick on and it was crusty around the edges. We immediately turned around (within a few minutes) to try to return it and they refused since it had already been opened. To top it all off - she ended up paying $13 because they didn't have .50 change to give her so they just charged her by rounding up. Given the lack of customer service or courtesy (charging a 12 year old more than the price tag!!) we won't be back!
