Their response is because the bill was in place already - when these issues have been ongoing for over a month - how is that possible? Contacted the company and was told a ticket was put in for a refund. July invoice came stating I owed them for equipment not returned. I contacted the company and was informed they were unable to take the equipment off my garage on the original pick up date and they needed to reschedule to do so (they already have all equipment from inside my home picked up on 5/21). I told them to come anytime as this equipment is outside. 7/10/2025, equipment removed, I was told a refund would again be issued. August billing statement arrives, not only without a refund, but with a $5.00 late fee added to the previous charges, which I DO NOT OWE! Called the company again. This time being told that after the August 4th invoice was created, a note was added for the picked up equipment and a refund, so now, they will not issue a refund until after the 9/4/2025 statement comes out. Basically, if they get your money, you will pay hell to get it back because "This is how it is done". The equipment should have been fully credited by 7/10/2025 and a refund issued on 8/4/2025 if this is how they do things. I regret ever doing business with this company now. The computer that FBS built was a complete joke and was at least 1000 dollars overpriced. The computer constantly froze at the boot screen and would then it would need a fresh install of windows in order to work again. When we took it back to FBS they claimed it was a "software" problem and therefore the warranty would not cover it. After constant problems, and returning the computer exactly 6 times (the last being for a 6 month period) we decided to give up and I built a brand new computer myself. I have tested the computer that FBS has built with a new GPU, PSU, HDD, and OS and STILL this piece of crap that FBS sold us locks up. In short, FBS installed crappy components at an exorbitant price and would not go back and fix the mistakes they made. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

My other point of frustration comes from their new COVID-19 protocols which, according to the customer services team, restricts techs from coming out to my house to help me fix my problem. This was followed by saying that techs were only getting sent out for diagnosing issues (Not to fix any issues), upgrades and new installations. This to me sounds like unless I am adding a new revenue stream to Consolidated, fixing my internet problem is not worth the possible risk to the tech or myself. Every person I spoke with was cordial. I even spoke with a supervisor who offered me a free month's credit to my account for my troubles. Unfortunately, this does not fix my internet issue and the only way I can get someone out to my house is to switch providers. Time to start shopping.

If you have problems, and need tech support, you're in big trouble. I abandoned Pixius for this service, and so far it has been a disaster.

They moved me to another Tower but it still is unreliable. They give no adjustments for poor or no service unless you have been out 24 hrs. So with that being said you can be without it for 10 hrs and still pay full price. I have never asked for adjustment but I am getting sick if rebooting and troubleshooting almost everyday. Asked for owners info but was refused.. They need more competition and maybe they would treat their customers better. They want you to refer a friend for a month free but why would you screw your friend over. They would end up not being your friend after joining with this company.

He and his team got right to work, mounted the TV and an additional sound bar. He started by asking how I want it situated, to which I said you're the pro... I'll just leave it up to you. Fortunately they didn't troll me and place it on the ceiling ... :) Turned out so nice, couldn't ask for a better mounting job with the cables nicely tucked away hidden in the wall. Love it.
