Prior to deciding on the exchange, we dealt with Gabe and Zac at the Paso store. These two gentlemen were wonderful to deal with and took very good care of us. We decided to go with a Speed queen but unfortunately, they were almost a month out. At this point we've been without a washer for five weeks, when I relayed that to Gabe, he hooked us up with a loaner washing machine, had it delivered and hooked up for us. Our new Speed queen was delivered yesterday, the delivery team was wonderful, all good to go. Idlers came through, and we appreciate it!

I purchased multiple refrigerator units from them for rental properties, and within the first five months, both units experienced recurring freezer issues multiple times. To their credit, the company did send someone out and attempted to diagnose the problems, which I appreciated. However, once it became clear that the issues were ongoing and not easily resolved, I was essentially told there was nothing more they were willing or able to do. No replacement options, no meaningful solution, and no real effort to stand behind the products they sold. As a customer who purchased multiple units and tried to work through the process professionally and patiently, I expected a higher level of accountability and customer support. Unfortunately, I was left feeling completely on my own with defective appliances and no resolution. That experience is why I'm leaving a one-star review.

The ladies running the countertops and painting departments were really nice and got me scheduled for paint and countertops. I ended up hiring a painter before our painting appointment came. Countertop person came over to measure and he informed me that there would be a fee of $150 to get a quote. It was an automatic turn off. No other companies do this. It should have been mentioned before we even booked the appointment. He gave me a ballpark number that was at least 7k to 10k over the company I intend to use. Appointment was a waste of time. Don't recommend you fall for the same thing I did. Look elsewhere
