The first visit for the initial call was toward the end of the time window given to us. Then a part was need and we had to wait for 5 days for another visit. That time window was 3:00-8:00, the technician was not here by 8:00 so I had to re-schedule. The next time I requested that we get scheduled toward the beginning of the time window, not the end. We are waiting for him to get here and our time window ended at 4:00PM and he said he would be here by 5:00 PM. We have been sitting here all afternoon waiting as the original time window began at 1:00 PM.

He returned as promised (after a text) and we were back and running before THREE DAYS BEFORE the Big Name local appliance store would have even shown up for the initial inspection.
