We loved this office when he first opened. But when his office carelessly over vaccinated our 2 year old by simply not checking web IZ....and then tried to cover it up, we dropped him. And yes...I had an epic meltdown in the lobby. He had been her Dr. up until then. Well, fast forward and it's time to get her ready for highschool. We get a notice that she is missing tons of vaccines. Look up her file, they started her a new web IZ all the way back when the incident happened as a toddler. As in, all the vaccines she had up to age 2 years, 3 months had vanished into thin air. This whole time, all her infant vaccines have been missing from her files! Thank goodness I keep good records and have an original copy from her time at Dr. George's office. I'm furious but hopefully her Pediatrician can merge the records. What a complete farse. I had calmed down about the situation but I'm fuming all over again. Rediculously unacceptable. read more

I have been a patient at epidomedical for the last 3 years or so. I am torn between how much I have come to appreciate Tim Morgan as a provider, and my frustration with how some things are run at the clinic. Tim is wonderful. Compassionate, kind, knowledgeable. He has listened and spent quality time with me, and helped me immensely with some health issues. I would give him at least 4 stars. But I continually run into problems with my prescriptions being sent to the pharmacy. He and I will speak extensively during my visit about what my prescription needs are and he promises to send them. Then days will go by and they don't get sent to the pharmacy. I will then inevitably end up emailing the clinic as per their instructions, only to have to wait 3-4 business days for my email to be answered. This has occurred probably 4-5 times in the last few years. It saddens and discourages me, as I really need these prescriptions, as would anyone else seeking help. Sadly, I think I am going to be finding a new PCP, as I can't keep waiting for several days and feeling like I'm not getting the help I need, when I need it. I truly hope future patients will be better treated. The clinic needs to have a system in place to send prescriptions to the pharmacy while the provider is still in the room with the patient. read more

I went to the office of Dr. George for an annual physical exam as a new patient who does not subscribe for their "Concierge" service. The wait was not too long, however after the exam (with the nurse), they took weeks to send me a referral for blood work. They do not answer their phones and do no open the office door if you go there in person. Finally after I got the referral and did the blood work, the nurse stood me up for our follow up appointment and then never bothered to follow up. Now they do not respond to the pharmacy requests for my refills ... Bottom line, if you do not pay the big bucks for special treatment, do not waste your time and energy with this practice, they do not want (or maybe they do not need) your business. read more

Save yourself the headache and avoid this practice! I've been a client since 2016, and I don't think I've called once and the phone has been answered. Be prepared to leave a message and don't expect a timely call back. The straw that finally broke the camel's back, as they say, occurred earlier this month. I had an appointment for the 8th for bloodwork and a follow-up scheduled on the 15th. On the 2nd I called to ask if I could give blood the morning of the 3rd because it worked out for my schedule better. I would have still gone in on the 8th if this could not be accommodated. I got a call on the 3rd at about 8:30 saying, come in. This is fasted blood so I said, nope, didn't hear from you so I drank coffee. At that time the only person that apparently works in the office - her words as far support staff - told me that they needed to reschedule my appointment for the 8th. I said when were you going to let me know that. From my perspective, I happened to call in and now you're telling me this info. I said that won't work for me and at that time they could have sent me to Quest but did not. In fact, I have not heard from the office since and that includes ignoring emails and phone messages on their end. At this point I am just trying to get final scrip refills to tide me over until I see my new doctor. Although the staff is horrendous, I absolutely think Hailstone is a great doctor as is George but I refuse to deal with the incompetency of the staff any longer. I can get my yearly physicals elsewhere. If you are someone that needs genuine care and need to get ahold of the office and actually speak to someone in a timely manner, like God forbid you are actually sick, you will probably die waiting for a response! Do Not Go To This Doctor! He is not a Concierge Doctor in the least! The quality of care does not even warrant one star. He gives you a private phone number to call if you have any medical issues, but when you call this phone number, no one will answer his assistant will just text back whenever it is convenient and give you one-word answers. Even if you beg for an appointment, they will not answer you. No one will answer the phone at the front desk nor will they open the doors when you arrive for your appointment. The hours of service are not set so you might get there for an appointment and no one is there. It takes more than two weeks to get any blood results back, and if it is the summertime, you will wait 2 to 3 months. I don't know what kind of practice they are running there, but it's definitely not a medical practice. If I could give this doctor less than one star, I would. read more

Dr. George was with me for nearly 12 years. It's with that that I only left because I thought he had too many patients to handle my ever developing symptoms and diagnosis's with the proper amount of time. That said, Dr. George is an amazing physician who worked extremely hard to find out what was wrong with me...and there was a lot. I went to another concierge physician, Dr. Parker, after that. I was assigned Dr George as my PCP as my new insurance plan didn't cover my former pcp. I have been trying for several weeks to get a hold of them. Unfortunately they never ever answer their phone. I don't know what kind of place this actually is but I know it's really difficult to make an appointment. A very poor experience so far. Finally someone answered the phone 3 weeks later, they told me they closed the panel to my insurance and they won't be able to see me. How is it that they assign me a PCP and the pcp won't see me. This is a great office. The staff are professional and courteous, friendly and helful. My apointment was quick and went smoothly with great timing. I love getting a copy of my lab work, even though they use their computers for just about everything, I still get my paper copy! They see all ages, they provide comprehensive care , so I feel they are looking after all of me! When you call their office on their office hours no one answers the phone. When you leave a message, good luck if you get a callback within 72 hours. Follow up with patients very bad as well. At first, I was nice enough to think that it is pandemic and they're busy. For you to call back several times about a prescription medicine and advised you that someone will call back and still nothing that already pulled my patience. I've still decided to ignore it and forget about it so I have been taking OTC meds. On July 8th, I received a phone call about scheduled lab. I was told that they will have to move my appointment to their Rainbow office. That same day, they sent out an email, what a very unprofessional email. All I got was the copy of the lab order, that's it. No message at all. Last Friday, I took a day off to have my lab work done. I went to the Rainbow office and was told that there is no scheduled lab for the next 3 weeks and was told that they have tried to call and left message. I told the associate I work from home. If they've called I would have answered the phone. I checked if there any messages, none. I called the Flamingo office to express my disappointment. I've never experienced such a very rude service. Instead of apologizing they still insist someone called. I told them with all the contact information that they have I did not receive a single call or an email about cancelling my appointment. Where to begin... my appointment was at 9am and it's 11:42. At least 8 patients who arrived after me were already sent back. They say to call when you arrive but the phone number you need to call is in small print which you don't see unless you walk up to the door. Nonetheless they don't answer the phone anyways. This is actually for dr. hailstones front office. I can call for four days or longer and nobody ever picks up or returns calls. I usually have to go to the location and see the front staff who always seems surprised that situation is occurring. I have to go there and make an appointment. While I'm there I never hear the phone ring. I have stood there and called the number, always to get a robotic voice, a guy, who says leave a message! Do they forward the phones to an outside operator or service? When I ask they say they never got a message from me. This has gone on for 14 months or more. read more

I've had to change pediatricians before from Seven hills pediatrics Dr Alphonsa (because they were not taking my insurance any more) to Southern nv internal, Dr. Ryan parker, Dr Alphonsa took care of my daughter even though she knows Dr. Ryan Parker was seeing her as well, she never refuse service, even when I couldn't get an appointment with Parker she never said no to my daughter. I would give her a call and she would be happy to take in my daughter. The staff is sweet there and amazing, nice, respectful and if I had a balance due they will always let me know. I have removed the comment about Dr George being a good physician. I received a certified letter stating he was dropping me as a patient. I strongly suspect that it is because of this post. I have never seen him. DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE!!!!! Plus he is attempting to open a concierge practice. Maybe he is giving up on this practice. One can hope. The problem is he does not know how to run a practice. He does not have an office manager. He is the office manager. He is the only one who can open the door. Several patients are waiting out in the cold as the office doors are locked. They bill for missed appointments so I will be billing him at my billing rate for the time I am wasting. He is in the process of starting a new concierge practice. If this is the quality of that practice it will and should fail. Concierge practices are very lucrative. Dr. George is a gem among General Physicians. I know nothing about his pediatric practice, but as my GP, he & staff are perfect. He's highly educated, up to date on current med research, personable, and most importantly capable of saying "I/we don't know." He takes as much time as necessary to answer my questions. I've never had issue with ANY of his support team. My contact has been with caring, bright and inquiring staff. If I could give less than a one star review, I would. I've been a patient of Dr. George's for several years and the experience has gotten progressively worse over time. I don't know where to even begin, but I don't get a sense that anybody there actually cares about the patients, including the Dr. himself. I was given prescription pills and when I indicated they weren't doing anything for me, the advise was to double the prescription. This is possibly the worse medical advice I have been given in my life. These pills really messed me up and caused even more issues (which I verified with another Dr. through several additional tests). When I followed up to let Dr. George know I was feeling even worse, I was ignored, and nobody responded. Also, I had an appointment to get blood work done with the follow-up appointment supposed to be the following week. I was told by the office that the Dr. was our for the follow-up appointment and the next available would be over 2 months later. Is this really acceptable as a medical professional? Does anybody there actual care about the health and well being of the patients? I would say absolutely not. I am happy I found a new Dr. who actually takes the time to help me figure out what is going on with me and who has staff that care as well. I am totally disgusted of the service that Constantine George Pediatric Provides. This office is a joke, Constantine George might be very knowledgeable Pediatric Doctor, but he doesn't give a shit about his patients. One of the biggest mistakes I made in my life is probably enrolling my son with this pediatric office. Every time with an appointment we wait on average about an hour, and when I ask how much longer it will be the office lady rudely replies he's busy or on a phone conference. Hello? I have a life too my family also has a life! And when he does come into our room (with a no expression face) he tries to rush us through our appointment. After we leave each time I have to ask to get print outs off my son's growth charts etc And the office ladies again with a rude face and being reluctant to give us the paperwork. I mean come on does paper cost a fortune? When I email them that my son is getting some rashes/redness around the anus, they just shove me to another doctor, and implying we don't care about your baby! My son requires a specific formula, that WIC provides us, after the prescription was running out, I kid you not I emailed them no less than twice called them no less than 3 times and in person told them two times finally I guess the second time I told the office lady in person that this has being going on for 3 months and WIC has already stopped providing formula because no updated prescription was sent (WIC called me every month reminding me to get the prescription and I've been patiently asking the pediatrics if they can please send the prescription) My son basically had no food and I had to feed him what we could purchased in the store for a few days until the pediatrics finally sent WIC the prescription. So Obviously a pediatric that doesn't care about your baby starving to death. And I still don't understand why after so many requests for that prescription they manage to drag it on for 3 months! After all this nonsense and bullshit we have endured for my son's 9 month checkup the day before our appointment the office lady called and said doctor George is not in the office for your appointment so he cannot see your baby tomorrow, I then asked if we can reschedule, haha I almost fell out of my chair when she said the next available appointment will be sometime in January 2018 (Keep in mind 9 month check up was due in November 2017) So your telling me to wait another 2 months because your pediatrician could not keep the appointment and cancelled on us. She then said; btw I kid you not "since it's next year January would you like to instead schedule for your son's 12 month check up....... At that point I was furious! Another way from the office implying we don't give a shit about your son! I told her I am going to change pediatrician, after all this mess. I expected her to apologies (then again I guess I shouldn't have expected) the next thing she said: if you change your pediatrician you can no longer come back to our office and we will never see you again. I am thinking how can there be such a F*** up business. Now that I think about it why would I want to go back after all this mis-treatment to my son! I am just blown away about how many things that's wrong with this office I'm surprised they are still in business! Do yourself a favor if you love your baby Please Please Please stay away from the Constantine George! Everyone is caring and both Doctor George and Doctor Parker actually invest quality time talking with you and answering any questions you might have. Dr. George, Dr. Parker and their staff are all just fantastic. Anyone who is new in town or who needs a new Dr. always gets referred here by me, and everyone I have referred has had a great experience. I've been seeing Dr. George for years now, and he always spends as much time with me as possible. (My last Dr. would be in and out of the exam room in less than 5 minutes). Dr. Parker is fantastic as well- last time I visited he stayed with me until all my questions were answered. Something else I love- Dr. George is very up to date with technology, he takes notes directly onto his computer and will print you out information about whatever sickness you are dealing with before you leave the office. Note that he does not do some OB/GYN services, you really need to see a specialist for that. They do take walk ins sometimes, but be prepared for a wait (it will be well worth it). read more

Dr. George is a godsend! My primary physician from California was lacking when I needed him most, and Dr. George stepped up to the plate and has made everything just a bit brighter. His office is impressive and immaculate. The location/address on Yelp is incorrect, and it was a hassle going to a few different spots before finding the office he practices in. The service we receive in office has always been great, but trying to get them on the phone is almost impossible now ever since both of the receptionists left and were replaced. I have read the other negative reviews about this doctor, and it is true! he is a young new doctor with a bad attitude he is playing god. He treated me really bad, and because I would not let him have my credit card on file, he freaked out and his receptionist obviously lied to him and said that I said a "cuss word" very sad and unprofessional. Then he grabbed me by the arm and escorted me out. Lets keep in mind I am a senior and disabled, he didn't care he assumed that I said a cuss word and I got a witnesses phone number who was there and saw the whole thing. Just in case you all want to remove this review, I have back up witnesses who were there. He is very lucky I have not filed a complaint with the Nevada Medical Board. His business is not 7-11, you can't just mistreat people, you have a different level of care to the general public, and abusing people like that is illegal. Wow! 1 star is too much for this doctor and his practice. I just picked up my child's records today which by the way they make you pay for! And it seems like SHE is referred as HE in some of the records, treated for eczema which she never ever had and listed to have normal MALE organs. This is beyond ridiculous and unacceptable. Dr. George does not care one bit about his patients and it seems like he doesn't even remember them to be talking about my daughter as she is a baby boy and treat her for stuff she's never had. Where do I start? As in most of the other reviews, this office does not answer the phone and they do not return calls. Furthermore, the doctor who heads the practice is rude and condescending. I have also had issues with important prescriptions being sent to the wrong pharmacy and waiting upwards of an hour to be seen at the office of Dr. Travis Hailstone, an " employee" of Dr. George. Sadly, Dr. Hailstone is perhaps the best practitioner I have ever had the pleasure of seeing- but the way the owner of the practice rules over all is unacceptable. His phone calls to me have been nothing short of nasty! In an attempt to correct a billing error, I was yelled at on the phone and could barely get in a word edgewise!
