Horrible. I take my brother there for a physical every year and when we went in today, they pulled out a bill from 2 years ago, a physical that the insurance didn't cover. I never received a bill in my mail from my insurance. So what is that bill? Why bring it to my attention after 2 years? No clue, and when i asked these questions to the front desk, she said "honestly, i don't know ". What do you know ? I asked if THIS physical will be covered and she said "it might". I asked them to call the insurance and check and she told me that i need to do that. It's their job to check. Maybe she can't call herself because of her poor knowledge of English. The staff and Dr. Here don't really care about their patients and so inconsiderate. How is is possible that the whole staff has to take 2hr lunches and close for that whole time, not taking in any patients and just sit there and talk. They have to change the hrs of operations because this place is clearly not open 9am-5pm. I waited more than an hour and a half to be in there with the Dr less than 10 min, they know this and still make you wait that long. I have been bringing my daughter here since she was born now 5 and I'm definitely not bringing her here anymore. This rash has been coming and going twice a year for the last three years and this none of the Dr's here have not been helpful at all. Everything seems to be an allergic reaction to i don't know what because they can't even tell me what it is. Not coming here again. read more

Horrible practice. The ladies in the front are extremely rude specially the one with the short blonde hair. I took my kids for their annual checkups and had to wait over an hour and a half because they (all staff) went to lunch at the same time. Why schedule any appointments at the time you can't see patients. I returned 2 day latter to request a health statement for my son's school. I walked up to the reception desk and the same miserable lady greeted me by saying "WHAT" I was baffled but remained calm and asked for my document. She walked away and started talking to her unfriendly colleague for 5 mins in a foreign language before she returned to her computer. She then informed me that they don't have any records for my children all though they have seen them 4 times, when I asked to speak to an office manager I was told there's nothing an office manager can do and maybe my children's profiles were accidentally erased. The 2 stars are for the gentle doctor. Poor guy doesn't know that his front staff is ruining his business's reputation. read more

I love the staff and doctors here! The ladies are so gentle with my child and they listen to any concerns I have as a new mom. The waiting room is very clean and has a few toys for little ones but they wont have long to play as the fast! Very dismissive this office wants to just get you in and out and they don't come to a plausible solution for your concerns every time I come in with my child they have met with me for 10 minutes and told me I have nothing to worry about but my baby is coughing and wheezing and sneezing like no other!!! When I told the Dr that my baby stopped breathing for 10 seconds one night she said it wasn't a big deal!!! We're supposed to be scheduled to see Dr Bond and I've never met him once I had to find out through Google reviews that he's actually a man because I've always gotten a woman. I don't like leaving reviews, especially negative ones. I have had it with this office. Every time I visit it's a bad experience for the most part. I met Dr.Bond at the hospital when I had my baby and he was great and that's the only reason I ended up bringing my baby. The front desk lady's 2 in specific are always very rude and talk to you like you're stupid. They always mess up my appointments and are always in a rush. My last visit Dr.Bond was also in a rush when I had questions regarding my baby and he was very dismissive and I don't appreciate him or this office staff at all. The service is so bad and all the staff are unfriendly, not smiling and not accomodating. They are the clinic that doesn't make any follow ups with the patient. Doctor is in a hurry to check the baby and did not even give us the result or called us regarding the ultrasound made for our doctor. Dr Bond needs to hire a better person in the billing department. The lady in the building office doesn't know how to explain the questions to my answers. She told me that a had a past due payment from 2019 so like a responsible person I payed my balance. Today my daughter is not feeling well so we came back to see Dr Bond, but again I was told that I have another! past due balance from 2019 this time I was super mad because how come I wasn't told last time when I was at their office. Not only that, but they never notified me or send me a bill and at the time of the appointment they didn't allow me to see the doctor unless I paid. She didn't have any sympathy even though my daughter was very sick. The dollar amount that was past due was Under $60 dollars which I didn't have a problem paying but why after 3 years later of coming here. I don't trust this billing department anymore and I have a feeling that she is putting the visit codes twice so they can charge the insurance company plus the patients too. I been going to this office for 14 years since my son was born and loved Dr. Bond but Unfortunately I will be looking for a new doctor due to the office staff n the billing department. They are not professional and rude to the parents n patients. I took my son because he wasn't feeling well and the office told me I had a fee from the previous year(which was past due) I wasn't notified and the employee in the front was not happy because I was questioning why I wasn't notified or told previously n not aware of the fee. Also it was apparently because my son was coded as wellness check which my insurance only covers one n they send two w the same code. Every time he went was for being sick not wellness but the doctor would notified me my son was behind n needed a shot n if I wanted the HPV which is two within a time frame n I said sure n he got it n even schedule the second dose. Anyways, to make the story short this is the reason of the fee, but they never notified me or send me a bill n at the time of the appointment they didn't allow me to see the doctor unless I paid which I told them I will need to check w my insurance the reason why it was cover before making any payments n they got upset n didn't allow me to see the doctor. I called my insurance n explained the reason n they said they coded wrong n it was going to be review. But I decided to not take my kids there because of the office staff n billing lady. My husband speaks Hebrew so that's another plus as the doctors here speak Hebrew. I also have never had to wait more than 30 min to be seen. Was referred to Dr. bond by fellow expats, but instead of the expected warmth, I was treated like a poor parent who "didn't go somewhere else because didn't know english", well, I DO!!! Each time we went for visits, a different doctor would see us, having to explain to each one particularities and so on... Always 'reasuring'us everything is fine,never really being receptive about my slightest concerns. Most of the staff is unfriendly and uninformed! Dr Bond is one of the best doctors I've ever known, he has been my kids pediatrician since my oldest (16 now) was born, other than when we moved out of state. He's great with the kids, recognized my oldest when we moved back after not seeing him for 4-5 years, and the appointment was for my youngest, who was born when we were away, so it isn't because he saw Josh's name anywhere. He is very knowledgeable and professional, he takes care of every single health issue we come across with. First of all Dr. Bond is one of the most smiling and handsome doctors I've ever seen :) We transferred to his office in October 2017 after my son had a horrible rash on his body that looked like Hand, foot and mouth decease. But our previous pediatrician didn't believe in that , and just prescribed antibiotics, then I went for the second opinion to the urgent care, and they also said it's not Hand for and mouth disease, and prescribed steroids. Then I decided to get the last third opinion before I give my son steroids or antibiotics. I went to doctor Bond's office and he immediately said it was Hand, Foot and Mouth Decease (that's what I thought) He prescribed to just give pain relievers, don't go to the day cares and public places, and wait until it will go away because there is no specific treatment yet invented from it. He was right, after some time everything was gone. After that I decided I wanted to go to his office, even though I live in the other side of town, and it's like 40 minutes drive. Because I'm tired to go to the doctors who's answer on everything is steroids. Dr.Bond is very caring and attentive. There is no huge wait lines, so that's a plus. 2/5/2020 The staff seems to be very impatient I get that it was close to closing hours... I only brought my insurance card discover bank card and my flexible spending account which had $1600 in the account. The African girl at the front desk was so sick coughing and tells me I had to pay something before seen and I gave her 2 forms of payment but they don't take discover which I didn't know. And my flexible wouldn't go through. I'm already here and ask if she can ask Dr Bond can take her in now and I'll figure the payment later... she never went to ask Dr Bond! Sucks that all my kids and niece and nephews go here I believe it's time to look for a new pediatrician I'm so upset with staff. You would think since you been coming here for years they will be considerate but NO! This is very sad situation! Now I'm cleared I won't ever come back! You would think the other three that was standing around would atleast ask Dr. Bond but no one did. Recommended my brother to go in a take his daughter in to see Dr Bond but WOW big mistake Dr Bond wasn't there! Great doctor! Thorough, caring, and most importantly knows what he is doing!!!! I took my 7 month old to her old persiatrician twice, 2 ER visits and a specialist and everyone kept telling me she had a virus that would go away. Chest x rays clear but still we heard rattling and wheezing. Took her to dr bond, right away he said she has inflamed bronchials and needs antibiotics and breathin be treatments or she could get pneumonia!!! And it did not show up on z Ray because it doesn't until it already is pneumonia!!! 2 days later my daughter feeling great! Eating better not crying and the noise is practically gone and we have not finished the antibiotics yet. Only pediatrician I will trust with my baby!!! read more
