Second project- Bay window ordered, said it would arrive on October 2nd to their warehouse. I had to call the day before install (October 13th) to find out what time they would arrive, and they didn't even receive the bay window yet and need to push the install. No call to tell me it was delayed! Install went well until I noticed the poor quality wood they used for the bay window frame (huge gouges in the wood) and crack in corner of the bay window. Salesperson was totally disengaged and did not follow up as I would expect. Absolutely horrible customer severs, only one person has the answers and they are not easy to get a hold of. Attempted to take the window screen off the garage window for winter I then noticed that the installer had caulked my window screen to the window frame. This was extremely alarming as this is very basic to do and to understand that caulk doesn't belong there. I asked to speak with the owners multiple times and finally called me in December and I had to explain everything to him and he didn't even have my file in front of him. I negotiated and they only would offer a discount if I signed an Non-disclosure agreement, very sketchy practice. This is how they maintain a good review/rating! This has been a extremely disappointing experience, especially as a returning customer who didn't' have best experience the first time. Lesson learned! I will not be reaching out to them for my future big money projects like the siding and roofing of my home and neither should you! They should hire more customer service people and skilled installers and stop spending their company money on the annoying TV adds. They do not care about you as the customer and this experience has proved it to me! Stay away from this horrible business! I wish I had!

Derrick helped me navigate a very challenging situation to rebuild the entire back wall of my home and attached deck due to water damage. Scope: New insulation, plywood sheathing, composite siding, soffit, and fascia for back wall. Replaced rim joist, headers, and other structural wood as needed from water damage. Re-installed windows and sliding glass door incorrectly installed by previous contractor. Rebuilt pressure treated wood deck with improved layout. Derrick's attention to detail and pride in his work translated to a solution that addressed all of my goals and helped me understand mistakes made by previous contractors. He spent hours reviewing options and brainstorming with me as more damage was uncovered and the scope had to expand as we went. Overall, could not be happier with my experience and would highly recommend.

I needed a contractor that will get the job done right and Im so glad that I hired Pulse. Derrick came out and measured the deck in minutes, provided samples and suggestions. I knew composite was the way to go so I don't have to worry about maintenance. Within an hour we had a plan. I had a hard time narrowing down colors but helped by offering his suggestions. The colors I picked were some newer options Trex released and Derrick said he was excited to see how it turns out. Derrick and Luke came out and when I watched them work I was highly impressed. They worked like machines; measuring and communicating like a good team should. Luke is clearly a highly skilled carpenter. I had an idea for angled steps and even though it's a bit complicated he took on the project and built some really cool stairs that make my deck unique. Their attention to detail really showed and they kept me informed of their progress through an app with daily updates in what was complete. Communication was top notch and thats important to me. Pulse wasn't the cheapest company, but the value was great. You get what you pay for and Im glad that I finally have a beautiful deck to enjoy. I only wish the rest of my house was as nice as it puts the rest of it to shame. If you're looking for a job done right call Pulse.

I showed Adam the estimate that I received from the roofing company I was going to use. I pulled up files with the names of the other companies that's sent representatives to give me estimates. Adam felt strong that Mark would be able to beat the price. What I thought was rude and unprofessional was his attitude about other companies. He also mentioned that he contracts the work out. He delivers the materials, but usually is not on site for the job. He explained to me that his jobs are, 'Fillers' for a group he has worked with for ten plus years. If he has worked with this group of guys for ten years, why has his company only been incorporated since 1-2-2024. What was the name of previous company and why are reviews from 2024-25 only? If he speaks so highly of them, why contract? They have other jobs. I made it clear I want to work with a company that employs their crew. He did not respect my opinions. I made that very clear to the scheduler. The scheduler confirmed that that could be done. I subsequently received an email confirming the appointment. I replied, repeating my insistence that I simply wanted the repair made in a single visit without a separate visit from an estimator. Sure enough, an estimator arrived 20 minutes late without any equipment. He was downright rude when I complained, saying "no one does business that way." I told him that Guardian was put on notice at least twice that I was not interested in a two step process. I would not have bothered taking time off from work had they simply told me they required a two step process. At my request, the manager called me, and I explained the situation. She was pleasant on the phone and said that she would she she could find someone in the organization to address the issue. I forwarded the earlier email for her records. She promptly acknowledged receipt. That was all two weeks ago. I never heard from her again. She did not respond to three follow-up emails of increasing urgency. The repair still have not been made, and I am back to square one. I DID receive a robotext asking me to rate my experience. (eyeroll). Stay away from these people. They are arrogant and beyond worthless unless you have a major project, and even then you have to worry about how they respond to a problem. Dear Guardian: am sorry I am not worth your precious time. It will not happen again.

Workers were very diligent and hard-working. The project managers had to deal with extra problems that were uncovered when the old roof was taken off - many layers and uneven spots, for which we did pay extra. Our problem is with the follow up. While our manager/site boss - not exactly sure what his title is -was communicative during the process and did come back to follow up with some debris that was left in the gutter, etc. we told him that our large front bush got damaged. He assured us that they have a company that they work with, and that he would have them get in touch with us. That was three months ago, and I have sent him five texts, none of which were answered. While the roof itself seems fine, the lack of follow-up communication does not bode well for potential future problems.
