According to customer service it's the stores responsibility to replace it. They won't. The customer service supervisor bumped it up to a higher regional manager who sees stores in that area. However, I've been trying to fight this for 10 months and I get a different answer or they tell me they put in a warranty change and then it goes t show up. After the system malfunctioned and gave the wrong compatability on a locked phone I was not able to get into my account. Called customer service to help me get back into my account online and they were absolutely useless. After being with Metropcs, i will be looking for another cell phone provider.
