We worked with Cassie, and Verizon, if you're monitoring your Yelp reviews, you need to give Cassie a raise. She is amazing! Not only was she able to help us find the exact phones we wanted, she even came in on her day off to get the order placed after a snafu with a credit lock we had with Experian (that's another review for Experian, and it most certainly won't be 5 stars). Once the phones arrived we worked with Cassie to activate the new phones, port over our numbers and swap out a SIM in an iPad. She ensured that all numbers were working and thoroughly tested each device and ensured everything was working and that the iCloud restore completed on all devices. I am now forced to waste my time writing negative reviews before proceeding to small claims court to enforce the terms of the warranty offered.

Had some screen issues, it was out of warranty, and this was the closest place with great reviews. When I got here, the gentleman essentially told me that he could fix it, told me what the price is, and despite having the job pretty much in hand, took a moment to refer me back to Apple. He even went so far as to explain what was going on in the iPhone, proceeded to lookup the issue online and found an Apple service advisory about the symptoms that we were experiencing, printed it off for me so I can present it to Apple, and sent me on my way. Apple did ultimately fix the screen, free of charge. Where alot of places try to run their ignorant customers through the ringer just because they can, the great people here took a moment to make sure we got what we needed done at the best possible price(free). If you're that concerned about us getting treated right when you made absolutely $0 off of us, then I'm certain my device will be in good hands when I actually need work done. I will definitely be back for my future repair needs.
