First off, the DO/eye doctor next door to Eyemart Express, Dr. Jennifer Regalado-Ellis, is excellent. 100%. Thorough, personable. She listens and doesn't rush. I had a great experience. Front staff Alexis is also excellent, friendly and attentive. She had me back ready for the exam in no time. Eyemart Express for frames+ has an impressive selection. (Special shout-outs to Holly and Jennifer for their help.) Pricing was right--BOGO free for first-timers...AND my new glasses were ready in ~:30 minutes!! *Note: I went on a very very rainy day and can only assume this may not be the norm. Brooklyn made this review easy to write up. This review is for getting my lens in my DITA frames, but most importantly, the service I continued to get from Brooklyn. Pros: - BRKLYN in the house! - Easy parking - In-house lab - Friendly staff - Feels like a mom/pop Side Notes: - Only went for lenses - Didn't buy my frames here - Closed on SUN What I Got: - Prescription lenses - Loose screws tightened Summary I was initially going to Costco, but their wait times were incredibly long, so I opted to go here, and I'm glad I did. Hours: They are closed on Sundays at this location, so if you have something significant to do, call and check the timing. Time: I didn't wait long but remember that I went during the week, around 2-3 PM, so there were few people in the store. I was seen right away by Brooklyn the multiple times I went in for minor adjustments to my glasses. Parking: There is a considerable lot up front of the store, so no issue whatsoever. Products/Services: They offer a wide selection of brands from Nike to Ray Ban, but I didn't buy anything from them as they don't carry my brand (DITA). I didn't use their services, but they do everything from eye exams to custom fitting your glasses, as they have a lab in-house (as mentioned earlier). They provide discounts for military, first responders, and school faculty/staff, so don't forget to ask about their affinity programs! Customer Service: This is why I'll return here again. Brooklyn, the team member who helped me on several occasions, greeted me with a smile, asked me what I needed, and communicated if she could help me immediately or kindly asked if I could wait. Whether it was a loose screw or my lenses, she cleaned my glasses and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with everything. There are many eye-glass places around Austin, but when someone makes a difference with kindness, it's easy to go back. A smile gesture to how you show up goes a long way. These folks do not even honor their own promotions. Received a coupon for this office stating that you could get a free frame up to a $60 value with purchase of lenses. When I got there they would not honor their own coupon and said the only free frames were the $19.95 ones. That is just bad business. They lost my business and they should lose yours as well. I really can't say enough good things about this business. I always have courteous and efficient service when I come here with my autistic son to get his new eyeglasses. Even if they're busy and/or short staffed, they always communicate with you and acknowledge your presence. On our most recent visit, Emily and Brooklyn did an outstanding job of taking care of our every need, and getting our glasses to us in a timely fashion, and made sure they fit my son's face well and his vision was optimal. It would be helpful to have an eye chart for distance like they did before Covid, to help children and people like my son to use so we can make sure his vision is corrected to where it should be. Bought glasses that I like the look but can't seem to get someone to correct the fit. I've been there 3 times and still NOT resolved UPDATE. OK yeah calling well that's absolutely got me nowhere. The absolute worst. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I wish i could give it no stars. Do not go to the one in Round Rock. The two women, Dana and another lady, that worked there the day I went were so rude and nasty. I went to the one in Cedar Park and they were nice but couldn't do my glasses til Monday. Today is Wednesday. So I thought I'd go to the one in Round Rock since they can do them in one day. BIG MISTAKE. I heard the one in Cedar park is better as there was a discussion on Facebook about how bad the Round Rock one was. So I went to Cedar Park. Too bad their tech guy was out sick. It would have been less stressful to wait the few days to get the frames from the Cedar Park Store. The staff at Round Rock need to learn some manners. And get a clue! Whoever is running that place needs to train their staff better. I had to wait 1 HOUR!!!!! to even go into the store to look at the frames. They said it was because of the pandemic, but I was there last week and bought 2 glasses and it was not like this at all. That staff was NICE. Hannah, the manager was lovely. So to treat people like this and say it is because of the pandemic is not true. It gets even worse. Once I got the text that the frames were ready I went back to the store. I had to wait another 20 minutes to pick up my frames. and they wouldnt let me sit in the store where there were two empty chairs and NOOOOO one nearby. She made me leave and go wait in my car. Then when I was leaving I stopped to look at a pair of frames and she told me I couldnt look at them and I'd have to resign in and wait another hour to look at them. TOTALLLLLLLYYYYY RIDICULOUS!!!! This review is late, but still well deserved. Jennifer at Eyemart Express in Cedar Park is a miracle worker! My husband is blind in one eye and recently lost the lens inside his other eye. Long story, but yes that is possible. The prescription he was given was extremely difficult to produce. Lens Crafters would not even try. Jennifer said the prescription was outside of the normal tolerances of their equipment. She said she could not make any promises, other than she would give it her best shot. When my husband got his glasses they were right on the money! This was life changing. Without them he could not read or work at all. Everyone at Eyemart Express was wonderful, patient, and genuinely cared about my husband's situation and how important this was for him. We will not even bother with shopping around in the future. Would give negative stars if possible! Terrible experience. The cedar park store needs to hire about 100 more people to wait on customers. They wait is ridiculously long! I paid an extra $125 to have the darkening added to my glasses. Didn't happen. And my prescription was all wrong. After 4 visits. Each time with a ridiculously long wait to try to correct the problem. I finally gave up and just returned the glasses for a refund! This place was a colossal waste of time! NEVER will I EVER step foot back in that place ever again. read more

I went in today to get new lenses for old frames, and also new prescription sunglasses. I was told one pair would take 30 min and the other 1 hour, and got notifications that they were done 16 min and 49 min later. The store was clean and pleasant. I originally had my prescription with a Walmart vision center. After two weeks of waiting for them to get my order back in. Then they told me that they were going to have to restart the order and it could be another week two weeks before I received it so I canceled my order with them and ordered with Eyemart express. The lady that helped me, I wish I remember her name but she was very kind understood my situation. She was able to get me into a frame that I liked with the lenses that I needed for about 60-ish dollars less than what I was paying at Walmart. So I placed the order with Eyemart express and they told me that the order would be ready around 3 PM that day mind you this was around 10 AM in the morning. I didn't drove to Walmart to get my money back on the order that they couldn't deliver on. before I even left the Walmart with my refund I received a text message from Eyemart express letting me know that my order was ready. Everyone was kind and friendly my glasses are great and from now on I will know better than to go to Walmart! read more

No customer satisfaction!! Buyer beware!!! Took my girlfriend in to purchase new sunglasses. She wanted to try progressive lenses. We had two coupons, 20% off total purchase or two frames for price of one. They made both pair of prescription lenses after my girlfriend picked frames. This took one day after being told one of the lense sets would have to be done offsite and would take 7-10 days. They texted her thinking she was somebody else, so accounts were all mixed up. Bottom line, she tried the progressive glasses and could not see clearly, so she decided on regular lenses. After paying an extra $110.00 difference for the progressive lenses, the manager refused to refund the extra $110.00 we paid for progressive lenses. He told me that was their policy. My policy is never go to Eyemart again!! read more

I'm a bit unhappy with my recent visit. I've been a customer of their Round Rock store since about 2010. Visiting this new Cedar Park store was not up to par with my previous dealings with this company. The sales person was not able to obtain all my history from the other store to find my frame size. There was a long delay receiving my new glasses due to problems with their equipment. They never kept me updated on when I could expect to get them. I had to call them about 3 times. Got my glasses in 8 days. When I called them the 8th day they asked "Didn't you receive a text?" I might have saved money and got my glasses just as fast from Walmart. read more
