I had homeowners, multiple car insurance and renters insurance. My address was incorrect, I dropped my ex husband while we were going through a divorce and he was able to call and get added again. I paid for his insurance for months while he was living with another woman and Billy refused to return my calls to remove him. After charging me for insurance after I canceled my policy I've asked for a refund for the 4 months they refused to stop withdrawing money. I was told I needed to contacts state auto myself to get refunded??!!!!! Worst experience I have ever had with any service anywhere! I had roadside assistance, the two times I called for service I was out of range for service. A bunch of misogynistic men running this company. I've also written a letter to Dave Ramsey and forwarded all my email correspondences as he was the reason I went with them to begin with. BEWARE!
