    Never in my entire life have I felt so grateful to a corporation as I do about Office Depot. I…read morebought my laptop with them about a year ago and got great service. Earlier this week, I dropped that laptop and damaged the hard drive. I went to Office Depot and found out it would cost quite a bit to fix--it might not even be worth fixing. Just then, my cell phone rang and it was about my terminally ill sister--they believe she only has a few more days. At that point, I started crying and told the employee I had to leave. I'm sure he overheard some of the conversation. The manager came over because I was upset. I told him it wasn't anything to do with the store - the employee was really great--this was a personal problem. He said he didn't care and that I wasn't leaving his store upset. He took my broken computer and gave me a brand new one. It's a better computer. As I write this review, I am in tears because I still cannot believe he did that for me. I can't express how much his gesture touched me. I will be loyal to them forever and I want everyone to know what Office Depot is about.

    I went in for my TSA Pre Check appointment & the directions clearly state to bring your state ID…read more(see photo) so that's what I showed up with. The clerk Sharon helping me chewed me out even though I showed her the text stating it only says to bring your state ID. Like literally yelling at me in the store with other people around. Such a humiliating experience. Sharon is a very unprofessional & rude employee. I 1000% recommend NOT coming to this location especially for TSA pre check.

    I unfortunately can not even rate my experience with this company since I have used them before for…read morewarranty support. I brought in a warranty Lenovo Laptop for service and left it at the location for several days and no one called me to pickup the laptop or I was not given any update on the ticket that was created at the front desk! Anyway, I then proceeded to call and I was told that water or a liquid has been sprayed to my LCD screen and I really didn't question this explanation and proceeded to have them order a new replacement LCD screen. I took my laptop back and was told 3 to 5 business days based on the supplier and paid with a credit card in full. Two weeks went by and again no one contacted me with any updates or any understanding after the 2 weeks. I am then told that the supplier cancelled the order without their knowledge so I wait another two days an email follows with we need to have you again come in with your laptop so they can figure out what type of screen they need to order and I am then told that it may require even more money to secure the screen from the manufacturer. I honestly can tell you as a business owner who owns several businesses in multiple states this was some of the worst communication and improper customer service I have ever received. I travel frequently and I was able to have the complete laptop repaired and returned in 2 days so I would not recommend this company to anyone since I have over 30 laptops in my companies, and I will just have to go elsewhere and lastly they did not even offer an apology so I quess the management team has changed since the last time I visited this location.

Then, thinking that a 'restart' might make things better, you encounter a blue screen and at this point you know things are not going well. It's official, your hard drive has gone kaput! I know, coz this happened to me a few weeks ago. In search of a Toshiba authorized dealer I found this place (there is another in Denver, but DHE was closer). Lucky for me these techies were able to recover my files/fotos/essentials from my hard drive and install a new one. While I learned the valuable lesson to backup and I was set back a few hundred dollars, I am grateful these guys were able to recover the past 4 yrs of my life that I had stored on this pretty baby I'm typing on right now. They are not only authorized sales/service peeps for Toshiba, but from their adverts they do IBM/Lenova and HP as well.
