I have done the few things he has advised me to do and have come to him with the same issues over and over again. I have provided screen recordings, screenshots, and have offered to provide any additional evidence necessary to address the tech issues I am having. Each time I am brushed off, told to change a setting (which I have changed all of the settings he has advised, changed all my passwords, used Authenticator apps, etc.) with no improvement. I feel he means well but assumes the issues I am having are me just inflating issues or not that these issues could not possibly happen to an average everyday person, this refusing to actually look at the problem for what it is.

He appears distracted and then I was billed with an increase of his hourly rate of $55 per hour which was outrageous! I found out through my neglect that the backup has not been working since early March which was supposed to have been repaired. I had a new IT guy today and he really knew his stuff! I no longer use Windows 7 for my backup as it was getting stopped due to a trojan virus through Windows defender. Windows defender was supposed to have been shut down. I now use a different drive and the new windows backup which only backs up anything new and every hour. I can also see everything in the data history file. Prices were increased without notice due to the increased fuel costs but his work was only remote. Does not make sense to me. I tracked my time and paid at the older hourly rate vs the new hourly rate. I would not recommend Colorado Computers, just my opinion!
