    ** Beware of 15 Day Damage Window ** Ordered this dishwasher while we were doing a major kitchen reno. Had the contractor install the dishwasher and found that we could not push the rack into the back. When we pealed back the insulation on the outside we found a big dent (see pics). Called Best Buy and was told no returns after the 15 day return policy (I was at 21 days..). Very frustrating after spending $1,300 on a high end product. Be aware when you order that Best Buy is stringent on their return window. From here on in it's Costco and Amazon for me.

    If I could give negative stars I would!!! This store needs some serious overhaul on managers and…read moresales people!! GERRY in particular!!! He is a complete con man, liar and sales stealer!! He needs to be fired!! Went in to make a significant purchase, 6 items total last Sunday. We were greeted by a nice young man Donte, who listened to us, made recommendations, and answered our questions. Upon trying to sign the contracts the system crashed and he had to do the paperwork over.... 4 1/2 hours later, the system continued to crash and as Donte was trying to fix it, GERRY assured us that HE would have it fixed by Monday, all the while stealing the sale from Donte as it was his day off. GERRY then "promised" it would be delivered on Thursday. He called on Wednesday to say it wouldn't be delivered until Friday. All the while he is promising discounts for the inconvenience that he had to get approval for. Needless to say all of his "promises" are empty lies that he uses to continue to string customers along. Friday 2 of the 6 items arrived. When we called GERRY he said that he had to re wrap the furniture and that it would be delivered later on... Another lie, his incompetence was now very apparent... Late yesterday he " promised " the rest of the stuff would be delivered this morning... I got a call at 7:30 am this morning informing me that the truck broke down and would need to push back the delivery time to the middle of the afternoon. I have wasted 4 days of my life dealing with GERRY and I still do not have my items!!! This has been the absolute worst experience trying to get appliances that I have ever had!!! If you need appliances or furniture go ANYWHERE else but here!!! And do not under any circumstance deal with GERRY!!! As I am reading previous reviews, it sounds like this is normal for this store and staff!! You all should be ashamed at yourself for conducting business this way!!! CONN'S Corporate you need to look into this store as it represents the company as a whole!!!

When caught them, they told me they couldn't honor advertised price!!! Unethical to say the least!!! AVOID this store!!!

I was buying this as a gift and so timing was important; I needed to make sure the turntable was in stock and would ship in time to arrive by a certain date. These guys got back to me right away with answers to all of my questions, and stayed in touch with me from the time of purchasing to the arrival of the shipment. At the start they gave me the full honest rundown of the situation: the item was out of stock, but a new shipment was offloading at a dock in the Gulf that day, would be on a truck to CO the next day, and would be able to ship out at the start of the next week. When it came time to ship it, they did so with Fedex at a speed that ensured it would arrive on time, which it did. Everything worked out perfectly. The turntable wasn't cheap, but it wasn't anywhere near the top line expensive stuff Rutherford sells, so I appreciated that they treated me well and took my order serious even though I wasn't buying their top-end stuff. They seem like a friendly and honest company with great costumer service and great products.

I was interested in seeing the GE ovens, compare them with the Bosch. No, he would not show us the GE models. I asked to see the floor model of the Bosch oven that was listed on their website to compare prices and quality. He pointed in the general direction of their warehouse. I walked in, looked around but it was pretty full - I could not find it. He did show us the Bosch ovens at least - so one point for that. I was ready to leave, wondering if I could maybe find the original paperwork for the dishwasher to get that fantastic saleslady's name. But, we made our way to another business to purchase a Bosch oven.

When I spoke with Jeff he blamed it on the fact that I used AuthV payment type (link sent to you via the phone) and it was a holiday weekend. WHICH IT WASN'T WHEN I FIRST SCHEDULED THE DELIVERY. This store has really gone downhill and I am so saddened to not do business with them again. Senior leadership should be reviewing these countless customer service issues at this store.
