Tried calling Park Meadows store to see if their spectacular employee, Alex, is working today. He's the best!! However, I got their AI assistant who was worthless and delayed everything by asking non relevant questions. She transferred me to some unknown place and still no one has picked up after 12 minutes. GIVE US A REAL PERSON!! Your AI assistant is worthless. I just need to know if Alex is there today before we drive all the way there. I could have driven there and been less frustrated. Lesson learned. Once I got through, I was connected to the Lone Tree customer service who said they didn't know the info and couldn't transfer me directly to the store. They said I had to drive there. This is NOT customer friendly. LET US TALK TO EMPLOYEES AT THE STORE. I will be looking for a different company to buy future products. read more

From the time you walk into this vacuous store with nothing but employees and product reps everywhere, you feel lost and ignored. We had to pursue employees to get help and then they couldn't even tell us where the Samsung tablet that was advertised was kept. Finally someone else told her, so she begrudgingly just walked away. We realized she might actually be going to get the product, so we followed. We asked questions about the tablet and she knew nothing. Asked her why the tablet that's on all their adverts and online wasn't on display and she responded that no one buys them?!? To which I said I wasn't surprised since it was stuck in a cabinet somewhere. Anyway, poorly run, no real customer care, employees without product knowledge or care, so could not recommend with any conviction. Sad, as we used to shop here often over the years. read more

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Best Buy Park Meadows store after purchasing a new microwave from the store. I brought my old microwave to recycle--something Best Buy clearly states they accept on their own website--but the store manager, JJ Jacquay, refused to take it. There was no explanation that made sense, just a flat refusal that contradicted Best Buy's published recycling policy. To make matters worse, the interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful. I've already notified the district manager, Josh Mechum, about how poorly this was handled. For contrast, I drove to the Best Buy in Aurora, and they accepted the microwave for recycling immediately with zero issues. That's how a store that values customers should operate. Because of this experience, I will no longer be doing business with the Park Meadows location. I strongly recommend visiting other Best Buy stores--like Aurora--that actually follow company policy and treat customers with respect. read more

In store people were great. However call center AI is crap. Unable to have conversation, unable to switch to person after repeated requests. The delivery company "ontrac" has horrible communications. Ontrac's ai text chat is even worse then the bestbuy ai. I was out for an hour during the day and somehow that was when they tried to deliver the package. I tried sentences such as how do I coordinate delivery? Is the package available for me to pickup? And when I asked for phone number to call the text said goodbye and ended chat. read more

I bought a Zag screen saver for my phone. I'm supposed to be able to replace it without charge. I hadn't been in for a year because everything was fine. But today, I needed to go in and get it replaced. In the past, BestlBuy employees have done the physical replacement for me.And now there is a charge. It's not as much as it would be if I took it to a Zag store, butI still didn't want to pay it. An employee named "A " helped me put the new screen protector on my phone, which was above and beyond customer service. Purchased a new Windows 11 pc and laptop through Best Buy to replace our two Windows 10 computers. Best Buy did not did not properly transfer our old email files and get our Outlook mail working again. They also failed to properly transfer and install the files and content from both our desktops. ** Beware of 15 Day Damage Window ** Ordered this dishwasher while we were doing a major kitchen reno. Had the contractor install the dishwasher and found that we could not push the rack into the back. When we pealed back the insulation on the outside we found a big dent (see pics). Called Best Buy and was told no returns after the 15 day return policy (I was at 21 days..). Very frustrating after spending $1,300 on a high end product. Be aware when you order that Best Buy is stringent on their return window. From here on in it's Costco and Amazon for me. read more

This has been one of the worst shopping experiences of my life. I ordered a washer and dryer almost a month ago, and Best Buy has canceled the delivery multiple times with zero explanation. Every date they give me ends up being another lie. I've wasted weeks waiting at home for nothing. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic respect for customers is unbelievable. Very impressed with Jake and the service he provided. My wife and I came in looking for a new refrigerator after 7pm. As the only salesman in the department Jake did a great job of asking clients if they needed help and checking in on multiple people. When we picked a fridge the whole process to check out and go over the different options offered was very efficient and informative. It had been many years since I had last shopped at Best Buy and the variety, layout and customer service was very impressive. Had to ask 3 different people to help me. The man named Antonio at the front was more interested in texting on his phone than helping me. When I asked if he could help me he snapped at me what was I looking for. When I said tablets he waved his hand vaguely and said "over there." I had to wonder around for a while to find them. When I found them to man in the area refused to make eye contact with me and when I asked for help he said it wasn't his department. Finally I found a nice person named Claire who helped. They were wonderful. I wouldn't recommend this location if you want to spend money. I paid almost $700 to be treated like a nuisance. I let the driver know and they just canceled shipment, it now just says "Delivery Attempted". You can't reach the delivery service, you will be on hold for hours. I waited until Scott was available, gave him the model number, and he said that he would check in the back. I told him that I had confirmed it was in stock. He nodded, went to the back, and came back with the TV. At no point did he suggest another TV, or try to upsell me. I appreciate that. He also loaded it into the car for me! I did get the two-year protection plan, because my daughter is only 18 and I think it's a good idea. I don't have any complaints. Over the years, I've bought laptops, Apple Watches, and IPads from them. This time, they had a much better price for the specific TV than Amazon. read more

Really bad experience with our last purchase, washer and dryer. My husband posted a review on Google on the terrible delivery experience, and it only got worse from there. Upon first use, the washing machine overflowed. Whether it was due to the install or a faulty machine, we will never know because there was no follow-up on our initial complaint. Getting the situation corrected was a nightmare because you are at the mercy of someone trying to make things right (or not). The machine was left for 5 days filled with standing dirty water before getting a replacement. Thank you to the people who stepped up to help us. We won't be buying appliances here again. read more

Cracked my screen protector AGAIN and finally made it in to get it replaced. Love the Zagg screen guarantee. Worth the money for me as I'm famous for cracking screen protectors. Paid for it to get installed and the associate did a good job. Convenient and because I went on a weekday, it wasn't busy. Plenty of parking in the shared lot. I wandered around and even bought a screen protector for my son. We went the next day to get his installed. I think this is a worthwhile investment. I recommend. Purchased a Jennair 42" refrigerator in July 2024. Had several deliveries cancelled because product wasn't available. Finally got a delivery date and time (November 2024). Morning of delivery, I received an email that I needed to reschedule the appt because they didn't have a 4 man team to install. Went to best buy to trade in my Samsung Phone. Employee working in Verizon kiosk told me the trade in value was $800 so I selected a $1200 Samsung 22 thinking I owed $400. I paid the $400 then the employee told me my trade in was only $400 and I owed $800 balance! I told him to cancel my order and refund the $400. He refused stating $400 already went to Verizon in the fifteen minutes this deal was taking place. Both manager and employee refused to cancel. Now I am paying off the additional $400 I was falsely charged and adding an amount to my monthly charge which will take THREE YEARS TO PAY OFF! THIS INCIDENT HAPPENED DEC. 2022. Better late than never! A few weeks ago our 3.5 year old Samsung TV decided it didn't to be part of our family anymore. After a few days of research we headed to Best Buy knowing exactly what we were looking for. We walked in the front door and the TV we wanted was just steps inside the door. A guy walked over to us and offered to help so we told him this was what we wanted along with a Roku for another TV in the house. Without hesitation he walked us to the back of the store where he stayed 10 steps ahead of us so he could let the next guy know exactly what we needed. In the TV section we met Levi who asked us a few additional questions to ensure we were getting what we wanted. Once he learned our budget and needs he walked us to the register with the new 55 inch and Roku and rang us up immediately. From the the time we walked in the door to diving off with our new TV took about 12 minutes! Quick and painless! Levi never once tried to sell us anything we didn't need and everyone working together so seamlessly truly made us feel like valued customers! Same day delivery is a complete disaster. STOP. DO NOT DO IT! It is 100% marketing to get some extra cash. I am currently am on DAY 2 of same day delivery. Their contractor DELIV has so far delivered 2 of 3 items. The third they just said "screw it" and printed a UPS shipping label (WHICH I COULD HAVE DONE MYSELF WITH FREE SHIPPING) which as of 6:30PM is awaiting pickup on DAY 2 with an expected delivery date of Monday, which would be DAY 5 of same day shipping. Support forums are a joke with their agents just helping other customers, which seems like the usual over there for complaints with same day shipping. The worst part is I am locked out of cancelling or redirecting my order as of a few hours after making it. I want nothing more than to cancel the whole damn thing and get on with my life. YES, they sold the External Hard-Drive but they do not sell or carry the replacement wires aka Cable Wire. Duh??
