Javier was amazing. He was prompt, courteous and professional. I had wasp nests all over the eves on my house. He sprayed and knocked down all nests (without a protective suit ). He also spoke with my next door neighbor and was able to come back the next morning to knock down all her nests on her house. I called him a week later to ask about maintenance for future nests. He gave me tips to keep the wasps from returning until next summer. I would definitely recommend this company and Javier to anyone who needs wasp nest removed. We've been using Contech for at least 3 years now. My first recollection was when we had a black widow problem and after the first spray, we almost never saw them again. By the second or third, they were a distant memory. We considered maybe switching our frequency up a bit but when covid happened, we didn't get service for a few months and we saw some spiders again, including black windows, and we really saw the value in the service. Easy 5 stars for me. We recently moved and I didn't even consider finding somebody else, and thankfully, he came out to our area. Affordable, reliable, and personable. I contacted the company to help with an ant issue at my house. I'm always wary of using big name companies because I don't want to pay an arm and a leg. I decided to try Contech because of the good reviews and the business's proximity to my house. Javier came out the same week that I called. He provided an estimated time of arrival on the day of the appointment. When he arrived I provided a quick walkthrough and then explained my issue of ants and also remembered I have a spider problem. He quickly began working. He removed several spiderwebs from bushes and the fence and sprayed along the exterior of the house. When he was done he provided a summary of what he did.
