She shows me my before and after pics, after cleaning, and she makes sure my comfort is of the utmost priority. Please know, last year I had a dental condition and went there as a first time patient. I was so pleased and happy with my treatment, I left there and raced to my former dentist, I requested my chart, canceled my appointment and promised never to go back. I had dental work done and it was not completed and then I was kicked out of the dentist office the…read moreteeth never adjusted I was told that I would not be charged for the dentures and my insurance company was charged I was charged for flexible teeth in which these can be broken if thrown on the floor I went through so much pain and suffering and I'm still undergoing Dr Ahmed's work that was not completed. She told me I would have temporary teeth before she pulled my teeth she could have told me like the new dentist told me that insurance didn't cover it and allowed me pay out of pocket oppose to being depressed because I'm feeling how I'm looking can't talk to good with no teeth just a terrible situation. So now I'm back to to the drawing board and have to have full dental work in which she should've recommended instead of making a denture that never adjusted it's still cutting my gums I can't eat the tooth that I told Dr Ahmed was loose when she connected the denture ended up getting infected and I had to had it extracted now there is no teeth on the left side at all and they want to pull the other five since I have gum disease anyway and give me a full denture more pain and suffering this has been the worst experience ever in life and I hope no one else goes through this painstaking experience.

This office will advertise that they specialize in care of special needs kids... having different…read moreorganizations advertise for them only for me and some other parents to discover that they charge a service fee of "behavior management " ranging btw $120-$150 (depending on if insurance covers). It was absolutely disgusting to learn of this, they claimed it was because they used special vests on my son, which they didn't. Then, they changed the story and said it's because a doctor has to do the cleaning. The clinic will not listen to what works in the individual child rather they just do baby talk and say that they specialize in caring for patients w/special needs. As if us parents w/special needs kids don't go through enough, they feel the need to upcharge, frankly is discriminatory pricing. Then the doctor had the nerve to tell me it's in the plan of care, it is not, after the receipt is sent they will have it on there, not when u initially review the plan (another sneaky way of adding charges). Parents beware and ask these ppl up front if any "special" charges.
