With the other things they worked on, the total bill was $1400 including 6 hours at $175 per hour labor. After they left, I noticed the hot water at the kitchen sink was off. I turned it on at the valve under the sink and it immediately started dripping. I called them. They would not even come look at it without charging another $225. I fixed the leak myself and it was completely their fault. Their employee was either incompetent or lazy and they were completely unwilling to address it without charging more money.
