In my view, the installation created problems, damage followed, and the service did not match what I expected from a premium product. The company did not provide the accountability or resolution I expected, and I am now suing them. That lawsuit is a matter of public record, and anyone considering hiring this company should review it before making a decision. Based on my experience, I would not hire them again.

After installation, the first heavy rain showed the exact same pooling in the exact same spot. We have photos from multiple rain events showing the water level looks identical to before any work was done. To their credit, every installer who came out was friendly and professional. But every single one of them said the same thing: a French drain was not the right solution for our situation. That's their own team telling us this. We had some really strong winds this summer and the gutters weren't even 1 year old and they came back to fix them at no cost. I want to thank them for that but also for replacing a few splash blocks after they had broken. A trustworthy company and highly recommend.
