I booked my appointment with the new Doc for today, April 6, 2026. I made this appointment a few…read moreweeks before. I kept getting text messages and emails confirming my appointment. So, the day I was suppose to be there I walked in to confirm my appointment with the doctor. The staff behind the counters could not find my name and said I had no appointment. I showed them my email with the confirmation number. I gave them my name (all 3 of them). The did not know if the names were correct. They could not tell the difference between my first name and my last name (it is obvious). They said that it was not registered even if I went through ZocDoc. They said that does not always work for them. They said because the doctor was expecting another appointment, if I sat down for 20 minutes or more, if that appointment did not show up then I could see the doc. I said NO. I was not going to sit and wait. I left and said I will find another dentist. In general, I am sure the doctor was a good dentist. But if this is the staff he is hiring to work with the customers, then it is not worth the effort. Maybe he needs to pull the staff first before he works on my teeth. (As it is, I found another dentist for the next day. That team even called me up to confirm everything via ZocDoc.)
