I've know Juan for over 20 years. He is trustworthy and is of upstanding character. He is easy to talk to and is helpful. He recently helped me with a complicated situation that had a short fuse on it and the advice that he gave us was to do something different than what he could provide as that was what was truly best for us. Juan could have easily sold us a policy that would have rung his cash register but wasn't the best for us. Self Care + Mental Health Wellness =…read more Steffani Roller, LPC LCDC with Conscious Healing Counseling Taking care of our mental health is SO IMPORTANT & speaking from personal experience, I know that having a great therapist to help guide you in working through any issues/life stresses/emotional roadblocks/ect that might be keeping you "stuck" in your mental health journey is a MAJOR part of that self-care, so I just wanted to share my feedback w/ you about Steffani Roller (Conscious Healing Counseling) just in case you are on the hunt for a new therapist because we all know that "sharing is definitely caring" :). I initially met Steffani almost 2 years ago (early 2021) after I was looking for a new therapist w/ a different therapy style/approach than the therapist that I was seeing at that time. My previous therapist, who I had gone to for yrs (as needed) was/is great & I would highly recommend her but I was starting to feel like I needed a change w/ the approach/style of my maintenance therapy sessions so that's how I came to meet Steffani. She was on my list of in-network providers on my insurance (United Health) and I just reached out to her via email steffani.chc@gmail.com Steffani's therapy "style" was EXACTLY the new approach I was wanting. :) I felt comfortable & at ease w/ her from the get-go. Sometimes, when meeting a new therapist it can make you feel like you are "unpacking" all of the emotional baggage that you may have already worked through all over again when explaining things & bringing your new therapist up to speed and I used to dread that part (ugh!)...I never felt that w/ Steffani. Her approach is so refreshing because she definitely has a therapy gift w/ making you feel empowered when you leave your session w/ her. I appreciate how Steffani's approach is to address the CURRENT issue that I'm dealing w/ at the time when I go in to see her & how awesome she is at guiding you to see that current issue/life stress/emotional roadblocks/ect in a different, more positive light than what you were seeing it for when you 1st walked into her office. So not only do I leave her office feeling much lighter than what I was feeling when I 1st walked in, there's the added bonus that her office is located directly across the way from one of my favorite stores..Target. In the fourth year I'm told, "your taxes have been done wrong for years and you should hire an attorney to fix it." We then discovered that they hadn't disclosed my "rental property" had in fact been . . . rented. That's 3 years of rental income . . . late. That means another check and penalties. When I complained, the douche replied - in an email cc'ing people I've never met - acting like it was MY bookkeeper's fault? I forwarded an email where we expressly stated the RENTAL PROPERTY was rented - from three years ago - and then I never heard back. IE. Their customer service is amazingly worse than their tax preparation. PISS POOR

The only time I got a call…read moreback was a week after my initial call asking me to put a credit card on file with them so when one of their CPAs finally got around to calling me or making an appointment, they'd have a way to charge me (sure, okay.) Well, they never bothered to reach out after that. I guess I'll call a different firm that has the capacity to take on a new client. What a waste of time.
