The Watkins Group in an independent agency which means that they work for you rather than any insurance company. If you ever have a loss, this is when the value shows up. They handle the claim and you get the money back that you should get. My policy also includes mechanical breakdown coverage so I don't need a separate home warranty from another company. A few year's back, I had to have my HVAC system replaced. My out of pocket cost was $500. I highly recommend this agency.

What a COMPLETE insulting waste of my time. If they do this before you are a customer I cannot imagine what deception could lie ahead.
