Unfortunately, I took out a couple of pay day loans which left me unable to pay for basic things for myself and my family. My pay day loan defaulted, and the manager Felipe continues to call my work and harass my employer regarding my payment. I work for an incredibly reputable and upscale global hotel chain and they do not take calls of these nature, I spoke with the corporate office for this location and they informed me the first thing I need to do is contact the store and let them know the calling of my work should be set as blocked, as is with them, the corporate office and to try to set payments up as to how I can repay. I complied with both of these requests. I spoke with the "manger" Felipe and I gave him the information that his corporate office passed on to me, when I mentioned the fact that my place of work should be off limits as they have it blocked at his own corporate office he most arrogantly said: " We will continue until it's collected." He said also "You are in no position to ask anything of me." He proceeded by hanging up on me. I called back and I said I plan on reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, he then again hung up on me. I called a third time asking to be transfered to another employee and was left on the line indefinitely. Please reconsider doing business with these people, I'm not sure who decided to give this man the position as manager, but I'd encourage them to reconsider that as well. In my 6 years of dealing with customers ,even unruly ones, which i was not, ( simply asked this man to follow the law and corporate policy) I have never treated a client like this in any way. Washington DC is trying to Crack down on these low lives and regulating the monopoly scheme that are pay day loans and I hope they do so so that other hard working Americans don't have to come to these establishments as last resorts.

Went to this location for the first time to do a simple check cashing and had no problem at all…read more They have another location located on the corner of CONCOURSE and WHITTIER in montebello, CA I went first and was completely turned away by the gentleman in there today. I couldn't understand his philosophy on cashing a simple CHECK. This location just had to verify, check my ID, and hand me the money. This happened in less than 10 mins tops. I had a short conversation with the man at the previous location regarding it being a small company, and they only cash out of state checks as opposed to local checks. I said so you don't do any LOCAL checks, he said well we do just not when they are this close etc. etc. It was unprofessional and a BOLD FACE LIE. For that location they get NO STARS. I was not happy at all with the service received from that location, but this location doesn't deserve to suffer for what that location did with their unprofessional practices. The lady was very helpful, quick, and happy to help which I really appreciate as I'm not dealing with any banks at the moment. Thank you SU CASA DE CAMBIO, you made my day. As for the previous location, shut it down or get rid of the lazy workers there and make it a 5 star company. BTW this happened today about 30 mins ago, so you know who was working the shift.
