Worst Wells Fargo branch I've dealt with. They never answer the phone, and when someone finally picks up, they refuse to give any information and tell you to come in person for everything. I got my check 2 weeks ago and was saving it to put it with the money order so today I came to cash my check and get a money order and Liz was the lady helping me and she didn't want to cash my check and did not give me a proper explanation to why she didn't wanna cash it now I have to drive 20 min to cash it and get the money order also there machine to do the money order wasn't working. I've been to speedy cash before but the one near my house and I have an account with them and she said she couldn't find my account which is bs so tomorrow I'm gonna go to the one by my house and confirm that I still have my account because I know she's bsing. I told this place I did not want to continue with the loan process and I wish to cancel it before it ever came to my account. However, they still proceeded to take the money from my account even after clearly stating I did not want the loan. I then needed to pay an interest rate of 50%. My account was charged the full amount due today and I called this place to make sure that this is finally over with and done and the lady who picked up the phone proceeded to talk to me in a condescending tone and did a horrible job at explaining things to me leaving me even more confused than before. read more

So My DL recently expired and I haven't received my new so I called to see if they can help(I'm a registered customer). The gentleman who answer was friendly and said they can assist but they would charge a 2% Fee for payroll check and I took the drive to cash it. When I get there the cashier friendly also reminds me of the 2% fee to which I again agreed. After starting the process she tells me that because my DL is expire I have to pay and additional 1.5% fee and that point it got me really upset because she as well as the person who I spoke to on the phone both were aware of my situation. Now it went from 30 something to 60 something to cash my check which I declined. What a waste of time, their service was nice that's why the 2 stars but next time they should be honest instead of wasting peoples time. read more

I had a case of excellent Customer service. I got a high interest loan with the thought of paying it back within a week. I understood that.... the next day I noticed a fee that was a huge surprise to me. I was under the impression that was waived, that was not the case, anyhow, store mgr Raymond took care of me without hesitation and as a courtesy he reversed the loan and fee. Excellent service. The lovely store rep named Adrianna was very kind, sweet and genuine. She showed concern and was the link between the Mgr and I to resolve this. I can't thank her enough... If I can rate this place a 0 I would! I'm a client of almost 5 years and all of a sudden they say they don't speak Spanish! Bad customer service! They are racist! Especially ANDY she's ONE of the racist! She speaks both English/Spanish and said she would rather speak only English and ended up speaking English and not Spanish for me and made me wait in line for someone else that can help me because SHE didn't feel like speaking Spanish.
