I've tried giving this place 2 chances and both experiences have been unpleasant, the ladies at the front seem to bothered by doing their job and they take it out on customers. I tried to get a cashiers check and they women at the front said they don't do cashiers checks? Cashiers check was one of the services listed on their HUGE sign inside but what ever. Horrible, I would give zero stars if I could. My advice to the owners.... fire everyone and start fresh. read more

Reasons for 4 stars: Their exchange rate isn't as high as the current national rate so u lose money when exchanging...it isn't horrible but just something to note. Also I messaged asking if they can exchange Cuban pesos, was told yes in 1 message then told they can't a few messages later. I don't mind that they can't it's just they should know before putting that in writing to a customer. Absolutely love this place. It's quick and easy and there is hardly ever a line which means YOU GET OUT BEFORE THE SUN GOES DOWN! Staff have ALWAYS been respectful and pleasant. The only rule they have (when wanting a check cashed) is that you DO NOT sign the back before you arrive at their location. They have to physically see you sign your check. Which I'm all for! Overall I had a really good experience exchanging some dollars for pesos. Jose was the gentleman that assisted me thru yelp with some questions that I had. They offer other services at this location as well, but my main service was currency exchange. They offer a good rate at this location and yes they actually have the currency here. We needed Euros for our daughter's Study Abroad for Spring 2020 semester in France. I came across this place on my Yelp search and saw the high ratings. So I called late yesterday afternoon and spoke with Belle about rates and fees. Belle was very professional in explaining that there was no service fee and that she would lock in the rate at $1.14 for €1 for me until today and if the rate went down I would receive the benefit of the lower rate. This was a very competitive rate because Coinmill.com was quoting $1.12 per Euro. In addition, Belle helpfully suggested that we purchase some € coins because they are commonly used for public toilets, transportation etc. She took down my contact information and told me that if she was not in that Anna would be able to take care of my order. I arrived there tonight to pick up the order and Belle was not there, however Anna was and she took care of our order promptly and professionally with very nice customer service. We were able to get €510 in currency and coinage with Anna indicating that they were always well-stocked in Euros. This was an excellent experience and we intend to come back in the future because we will need more € when we visit our daughter in France. read more

I see why workers get handled the way they do in these viral videos. I came to this place 4 times. And today twice in one day. Every time I had what she asked for, she looked at my documents then asked me for something new. I told her I make 5x's the loan that I'm asking for. This smarty pants said "then why do you need a loan then. Dummy loans are for ppl that can afford them, but don't need them. The whole point of her dumb a-- asking for docs is to prove I can afford to take out a loan. I hope this place goes out of business. I see why there's never a line there. Came here to get Yens last week. We been curving different currency exchange and this location seems to be the best so far. We can get yen at our back but buying price, fee and wait time to get the bill makes us look around. My husband came before and he was very pleased with service and fast service. I wish thou the place was more private to talk about money transactions since you never know who is listening to your conversations. Maybe if the tellers can be more caution on asking how much money we want, I will be more relief of talking about money quantity. Maybe have some dividers on each window might help. Just to be safe.
