Horrible service. I had a balance left when my account was closed and customer service told me to go inside the bank and retrieve the funds. Well they don't want you to get your money. They're telling me I have to wait until all appointments are done to get my money. Mind you there is no one inside the bank at this time. Extremely Disappointed with the Service at this Branch -- I been with Wells Fargo for over 20 years, and I've never experienced such poor customer service as I did during my recent visit to this branch. I went in to get a signature guarantee for a business check --- something that is usually quick and straightforward. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but. There were three people ahead of me in line and only two tellers available. One of them, Fabiola, clearly lacked the experience and confidence to handle the request. Throughout my interaction, she kept asking the other teller for help -- all while attempting to assist other customers at the same time. This not only slowed everything down but also made the situation feel disorganized and very unprofessional. The other teller who never provided her name, seemed bothered by the whole situation -- distant, uninterested, and in a hurry to pass me off. Eventually, they both referred me to a banker instead of completing the request themselves, which felt like an excuse to avoid dealing with me. I politely asked how long the wait for the banker would be, as I had an important appointment in the next 45 minutes. The response? " We don't know." When I asked whether I need it an appointment to get this done, I was told no -- but that I had to wait indefinitely. There was already another customer a head of me to see the banker, so it was clear I wouldn't be helped in time. The whole interaction made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. What should have taken 5-10 minutes turned into a frustrating, time-wasting experience. For a service that typically just requires identity verification and a quick stamp, I was shocked at the inefficiency and lack of professionalism. Wells's Fargo needs to do better -- both in training their staff and in showing long -time customers basic respect and consideration. read more

Came to this office twice to open up a business account. The first time they told me to open it up online because they were busy. So I thought I would go Saturday morning to get my questions answered. I went in early morning and it wasn't that packed. I'm posting this for my mother. She made an appt for 1 pm. Then a banker called shortly afterward asking if she could reschedule for 3:00 she said yes. She arrived 10 min. early. There was only one banker for appts. Of course, she was told, have a seat the banker was with another customer after a period of time. When the banker was finished with the other customer, the banker got up and walked into the back to the break room. This is what the security guard told my mother. By this time it was 3:45. My mother is 80 years old and she was sick that day but she had a 3:00 appt and didn't think the appt would be long. So she left upset because she has to go to another bank. read more

Two stars for a couple of previous transactions - minus stars for today. I tried to make a deposit to my business account the same way I have for the past 8 years and the teller flat out refused to take "all" of the deposit. We have a corporate name and two DBAs and for 8 years I've been able to deposit to my account with no trouble. I made two deposits to this branch previously with no trouble. Today the teller said the DBA was not on the account and she couldn't deposit those checks. When I asked why it wasn't a problem for all the previous years of nearly daily deposits she said "I guess no one else caught it" as if I've been getting away with something. Went to another branch and they accepted the deposit, but only after they verified through a "banker's screen" that the DBA was associated with the account. So thoroughly frustrated with Wells Fargo in general and this branch in particular. I have my personal, my business accounts, my business payroll, merchant processing and business insurance with Wells Fargo and today I was made to feel like I didn't matter at all. Over 7 years of relationship came to close when WF sent me letters saying closing all accounts and credit cards. Never had overdrafts, always paying full. The letters had phone numbers to call if I had questions and concerns. Called the number and was told the decision is final and cannot tell why. So frustrating with WF. read more

We have had a fraud on our account and have had nothing but problems w Wells Fargo adjusting payment and correcting the issue. During this time we've had to go over to the branch several times to discuss the issue and my 3yo has always been allowed to use the restroom. We have been discussing ending our account w WF bc they hv caused so much drama and tonight I went in to discuss our account they refused to let my 3yo use the bathroom....so now we are taking our account elsewhere!
