They put tenants in danger, and refused to repair their own faulty work because they "don't warranty work without a contract." Do not trust these people. They rarely showed up to work on it. They would go multiple days at a time without updating anyone in the building, the building manager included. What is most troubling is the impression that maintaining existing equipment and ensuring customer safety have become secondary priorities. Rather than providing prompt, reliable service, the company appears far more focused on selling new installations and upgrades. For a business entrusted with something as essential as elevator safety, that is deeply disappointing. I can no longer recommend their services.
