At the other…read moreplace, I walked in with my husband several paces behind me and the other sales person looked past me and asked 'how can I help you, sir?' Totally ignored me. Needless to say we didn't buy from them. Then we went to Wallingford Auto Park instead, and we worked with Stephanie (I think that was her name!) and experienced no sexism at all. She was knowledgeable and awesome. But when a different person at the auto park was running my credit, he looked at me and asked, 'Do you *really* own your own business?' If I was a 45 year old man I doubt he would have felt the need to check. But I'm a young woman so I guess he thought it worth looking into whether or not I was being fully honest. So that annoyed me a lot. My age and gender shouldn't have to give that impression. When signing and doing warrantee stuff, the financial guy there was fantastic and patient. The person who ran my credit was not this guy in the side office, he was fabulous. All round good experience, and I think the sexism would be an easy fix by educating that one guy on what is appropriate.

In the past, I've experienced high pressure sales and tricks from other dealerships. I know the uncomfortable feeling of being a young woman in a car dealership. I really liked how the staff here seemed down to earth and spoke to us as humans. They weren't calling us and bullying us every single day after visiting to test drive a car, which made us more willing to work with them! I really would recommend Honda in Wallingford for anyone looking to have a smooth experience.

My experience with Executive Honda was really disappointing…read more I called to inquire about a specific vehicle listed on their website. The sales associate (Amber) was nice & forthrite, confirming the vehicle was available & answering all of my questions. The interaction left me feeling positive about this dealership, so I requested an appointment to see that specific car. They confirmed my appointment via text multiple times. The morning of the appointment (that's today!) I decided to text that same number to confirm that the vehicle was still there, as the drive to this dealership is almost 2 hours from my home. They responded & told me that the vehicle was sold, but I should take a look at their other options & let them know which I was interested in so they could have them ready for my appointment. I never showed any interest in their other vehicles. I was very clear that there was one single car I wanted to see, & so that's the car I made an appointment to see. They sold the car & were never going to tell me. They were going to let me drive 2 hours one way to find out the car was gone. That's a really dodgy business practice. Not only will I not be buying a vehicle from a dealership willing to waste my time like this, I'll definitely be advising other people to stay away as well. Amber was a good sales associate & I wish she worked elsewhere.

After waiting for 30 minutes were informed the car was damaged by the detail shop and asked to come out to look. The passenger front door was extensively damaged and the front 10-12 inches of the passenger rear slider was also damaged. Apparently they scraped the side of the car against the pylon and door frame - crushing the front door in from the window to the bottom of the door. This was not a small simple dent. We said we did not want the car and wanted an identical replacement. After a half- hearted search they said they could not find one, but could order for arrival in 3 months - too long to wait. Took them a week to refund our deposit and they refused to reimburse our costs for the back and forth changes to our insurance. They are a classless dealer that shows no care for the customer. If you are looking at a White Sienna - buyer beware of VIN # 5TDESKFC9TS283710 ! Make sure you get a good discount - this van was damaged goods!!

Adam Leaving my old review completely intact for honesty and truthfulness. Honest Review: A Disappointing Experience with Quality As a four-time repeat customer who had previously purchased three brand-new vehicles straight off the lot with zero issues, I expected a baseline level of integrity and customer care. Unfortunately, my recent experience purchasing a used 2010 Subaru Outback has completely reshaped my view of this dealership.I fully own my mistakes in this transaction: I bought the car "as-is" in January, from Faith who stopped responding to me as well as Mike Ward I skipped an independent third-party pre-purchase inspection in my rush to secure a vehicle, and overpaid for a car whose Kelley Blue Book private party value maxes out around $5,000 in mint condition. However, what happened afterward highlights deep concerns about the condition of vehicles being passed off to buyers. The Reality CheckAfter moving to Vermont and bringing the car in for its state inspection, the true condition of the vehicle came to light. Despite driving it less than 10,000 miles post-purchase, an official shop estimate revealed that it needed over $4,000 just to pass a basic safety inspection. When factoring in all the underlying mechanical failures--including a seized front brake caliper, failed wheel bearings, torn tie rod boots, a rusted-out exhaust system, a leaking head gasket, oil pan, and oil level sensor, a failing power steering pump, and a mushy clutch grinding into third gear--the total repair estimates topped $12,000 on a car I paid $10,000 cash for. The car is completely unregistrable and undrivable in its current state. Dealership Response When I reached out to management, team members were polite in conversation, but ultimately Mike Ward took, several days to respond after i called the directly then I texted him. you can read below he could not open the link. I then proceeded to download the video and send it to him. when i did not get a response and drove down in person from Vermont to get a response I was told their mechanics found nothing wrong with the car When I drove all the way back from Vermont and paid for a hotel room just to try and find a constructive solution--such as a fair trade-in buyback allowance, a repair partnership, or applying the value toward a reliable vehicle on their lot--I was met with silence and no trade-in estimate. Buyer BewareIf you are considering buying a used vehicle here, learn from my expensive lesson:Do not trust that a car on their lot is in road-ready condition, even if it is priced at a premium.Always take the vehicle to an independent, third-party mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection before handing over any money.Expect zero accountability or support from management once the "as-is" paperwork is signed, regardless of your customer loyalty history. It is deeply unfortunate that a long-standing customer relationship was handled this way. I am sharing this strictly to help other prospective buyers protect themselves and ask the right questions before buying. Below are pictures of estimates from a different Subaru dealership and a 3rd party that both say Quality was wrong and that my car failed a basic Vehicle Safety Inspection and is not legal to drive.
