I called three places to fix the lock that was currently jammed and also to have it re-keyed. The first place came out and said they can't help me, it's too messed up/ peculiar, and that I need some kind of lock specialist. The second guys never returned my call. Then I tried Continental Locks. Eran came out a couple hours later, showed me that the lock isn't broken, it's just a tricky European-style lock, re-keyed it, and was done in less than 10 minutes. Eran is amazing! My door handle failed one day suddenly and while I could open my lock, I could not open the door as the handle had malfunctioned. He first rescued me when I locked myself out of my home....showed up quickly and was less expensive than everyone else. Recently I called him to do some work for the Homeowners' Association at my complex. He quickly replaced a worn out door handle on our complex's front gate and then worked at repairing a panic bar that was literally falling apart. He worked at it for more than a full day and finally we decided it was not fixable. A new one was installed and again he did it at a great price considering all the time he put in.
