Nick G. I don't recommend Granite because they are scammers who use unethical business practices to try to TRICK people. I am utterly disgusted to discover that Granite has resorted to manipulating Google Business listings by changing the location of EVERY granite business in the area to theirs. This not only sabotages fair competition but also misleads unsuspecting customers seeking genuine services. It is alarming to witness Granite's blatant disregard for ethical boundaries in business. Their actions not only harm our business but also tarnish the trust customers place in local businesses. We urge all consumers to be vigilant and verify business information. Continental Tile and marble is a joke. In my opinion, they are a bad joke. I ordered a granite counter top piece for a 24 in. kitchen cabinet. I even left my formica counter top for them to use as a template. After one week, they hadn't started on it. After 2 weeks they hadn't started it. They couldn't or wouldn't give me a time estimate. At this point, I began to check on the progress on my top and back splash. I called several times to get an idea of how long it might be before they could get to my piece. I even stopped in at the shop to talk to them about my granite top twice. (meanwhile Im living without a counter top on my kitchen cabinet) Finally after much encouragement from me they finally had my piece ready. I went to pick up my piece and took it home. I set it on my cabinet and unbelievable the back splash was finished on the wrong end and there was a very visible chip on the top of it. This was on Friday. I had to wait until Monday to return it to get it corrected. Finally, in the next day or two they called and told me my piece was finished..... It was and looked great. That was part one on my saga. Next part 2..... Part 2 was exactly the same problem as part 1 (I ordered second piece) except this time after 2-3 weeks when they kept putting me off, I went to get my original counter top after they took the measurements to bring it home so i at least had a counter top while I waited. Finally, I had had enough. I took the back splash from the first one to Acer granite to try to get a "close match" and to my surprise they had an identical match. They immediately took my countertop measurements and told me my new top would be ready on Friday (13 days) . Final note : the guy at Continental was less than cordial and was clearly aggrivated with my periodic inquiries about my counter top. I called them and to tell them I no longer needed the granite and I had contracted Acer to do it for me. Acer was incredibly cordial and very helpful. One final note. The sign out front of the business says open to the public and they have a showroom as well. If they're not prepared to deal with walk ins they shouldn't even accept the job. read more

We were lied to every step of the way. From telling us that we were buying Italian tile made in Italy to when they would show up for the job. When the tile arrived we could read on the box that the tile was made in China by way of Mexico. We had to live on our patio for almost two months. We even asked them to stop lying to us just tell us when they can really finish so we could plan our lives and they still continues lie. Tile was laid down well in the end but they never came back to finish the edging. Still waiting. We we not use them again. read more
