This is my 2nd trip to this location. Thanks to the false info online regarding their hours- as well as no one answering their phones- I was not seen the first visit. Today I've been here an hour and counting for simple XRays. They may start taking us back in 10 min due to an 'unforeseen incident.' It was my first time at ContinuEM and I was impressed when I walked through door. The room was bright and relaxing. The receptionist immediately offered assistance and took my information and the reason I needed medical attention. After I was seated, the wait was not long at all. Once in the exam room, NP Reich assisted me. She was caring and professional. Turned out that I needed stitches for my finger laceration. She was gentle when giving me the shot to numb my finger and when stitching the laceration. All staff involved was professional and fastidious. My experience was great. read more

Visited ContinuEM last night with a family member who was in excruciating pain due to what we suspected might be a kidney infection. We were impressed and pleased from beginning to end. Short wait time, kind, friendly people at the front desk, clean and comfortable waiting area. Then once in exam area, doctor and other medical professionals were attentive and caring and efficiently diagnosed the problem, answered our questions and prescribed medication hey recommended a nearby 24 hour pharmacy to get the prescription filled. We were very glad we decided to come here and not a hospital ER! read more

I absolutely live this place. It is kept very clean and it looks very new. I have been here on 3 different occasions and each time I receive superior service. Every one is kind and knowledgeable. Front desk girls Michelle and Olivia were courteous and helped me right away. Nurse Anita was warm and cared for my child as if he was her own. My son felt safe and cared for. They do it all, chest pains, fractures and colds. These 3 ladies made my last visit the most memorable. read more

The staff is always ​wonderful and the facility is clean and state of the art. The medical professionals give us sound advice and attend to all our medical needs. This UrgentCare is fabulous. The receptionist is efficient in the intake and I was seen almost immediately. Dr. David was a great listener, knowledgeable of my health issue and treated me with appropriate medications ensuring I would not have an allergic reaction to any of the prescribed drugs. He explained everything clearly, sought and valued my input, and answered my questions. I appreciate that I was treated by a full-service doctor unafraid to address my health issue. Too many Urgent Care facilities want to put a bandaid on a concern and have the patient follow up with the primary care physician. They do not acknowledge that I am in their facility because I can't get an appointment to see my primary care physician for months. Basically, Urgent care facilities have become our doctors. Wish I could give no stars! Called before I went to verify insurance and closing time, Marissa said 11pm. I told her great, I am on the way. 10 minutes later I get there and Marissa at the front desk told me they were no longer accepting patients. It was 9:50pm!!! I told her I had just called her to verify. She smiled shrugged her shoulders and said "sorry, they only told me a half hour ago." I told her, I just spoke to you ten minutes ago why didn't you tell me then? She laughed and said " sorry" shrugging her shoulders and adding they just had to turn away someone " with a really bad burn." The lobby was empty!!!! You know what that tells me? They saw it was a slow night and wanted to leave early. This is absolutely unethical and I hope it's investigated to see how often this happens. read more

Great place to go for urgent care and not so urgent care. They take Kaiser! Friendly, helpful and a positive experience all around. The patient care area is just like a mini ER. They have CT, MRI, ultrasound and X-rays. Monitors in every room. read more

I was advised to go to ContinuEM by my primary physician. I came here on Friday afternoon because I had blood in my urine and I was in so much pain. It took them 1 1/2 hour to give me toredol and after multiple times I asked please help me. Some of the nurses were rude and have no compassion. Dr. Jordan is a good doctor. He listened to my concerns and tried to provide some relief for my pain. Hopefully ContinuEm can provide better care to their patients in the future. read more

I've been here a few times and have always been seen quickly with quality, kind care.

Just went here and I was worried about going to an urgent care with a long wait, but they brought me right back when I got there! No wait at all thankfully because I had to go on my lunch break. The receptionist was VERY friendly/positive/happy, and I got the care I needed in a very short amount of time. My only very small complaint is that the PA I met with seemed a little bit like he wanted to rush me out. I would've liked if he elaborated more on his answers to my questions, but he was still very nice and he ordered me the medication I need in order to get better! Definitely recommend this place because of their short wait time! read more

Very Unhappy first time user. I had to have two tests, after my first test I waited to be called for the second test after an hour and a half I asked why the wait. a staff member said "we called you at 8:06 I told her that was the time I was getting my first exam. She looked at me and said " we called you" I stated I was in an exam room and she just shrugged like, Well, you didn't answer. I asked her that is not my fault. She just walked away. I thought the experience was not professional. I would NOT go back and will tell my doctor about the bad service. read more

Came here for the first time today and I'm impressed. I made an appointment that was scheduled in 30 min. Got there, finished my "paperwork" on my phone and was done. I was called in within 10min and the staff was nice. The dr was so nice, he listened to me, asked questions, gave me recommendations and all around great bedside manner. X-rays are done by a different company but they are only down the hall. Place is clean, spacious, well organized, and it looks like an ER but not crazy. Ample free parking close to the building. Love this place; everyone was so nice. place is very clean. Providers were all very caring. Dr. Oliver even called us back a couple days after just to follow up with us my dad's cx result and see how he's doing, and didn't seem to even rush me with any questions I had over the phone. The place mimics an ER very well, except that the wait here is way shorter of course . The facility has everything to IV poles, IV meds, their own lab, imaging dept of which they provide CTs, xr, and im sure they have more. they even have hospital beds ,and the rooms are very private : ). I even told the nurses about this urgent care at the ER following my dad's visit, so proud of this place just a very very very minor negative: i couldn't seem to connect to their wifi so I could access patient registration on my phone , but no biggie, they had ipads. read more

No one ever wants to have urgent care or medical care for an ailment, however,ContunuEM, is the absolute best place to go if you need that care. The staff , including nurses, physicians assistants and other support staff are not only attentive and caring, but the kindness that is shown by everyone you meet at the facility is incredible and healing in and of itself. Offers of warm blankets, and other items to make the patient comfortable are forthcoming without ever having to be asked for. In our case, Dr. Sotelo, took all the time needed to explain my husband's condition, and not only what to expect today, but in the coming days with respect to his recovery. He really helped put our minds at ease and went far beyond what we expected for care. We have insurance coverage, but I also noted that the center takes private payments that appear to be very very reasonable . Highly recommend. read more

Had a great experience at this urgent care! I brought in a family member who was in a lot of pain over the weekend. She has been in pain for 2 weeks and couldn't get a PCP appt quickly enough, not even virtual! ContinuEM was busy, but I could tell people were going in and out as quickly as possible. All the staff was courteous and everything was clean and comfortable. Kim, NP was very thorough with her examination, we didn't feel rushed. She explained the diagnosis and treatment plan very well and made sure we got out in a timely manner. I would definitely come again for any urgent health issues. read more

I feel so fortunate to have found a compassionate and honest Urgent Care Center that offers services that most other urgent care centers do not offer. I have four kids and I have been here a handful of times now and each time has been a wonderful and smooth visit. In the past either myself or one of my children have been to other urgent care centers where we have had to leave the facility to get lab work done or scans performed. Not here. This is truly like a mini ER. Most important, the medical staff treat you like family here. read more

I just was diagnosed with COVID and went here on advice of my PCP to get the monoclonal antibodies. This place is the nicest urgent care I have every seen! It really is more of a free-standing ER as they have everything you would find in a regular emergency room. It is staffed by ER docs and NPs, which is a huge plus. I really felt that I was getting experienced and knowledgeable care. However, they don't charge the same outrageous fees are sometimes billed at an ER. And unlike an ER, there was no crazy wait time. The administrative staff, nurses, and providers were all excellent! I will honestly never go anywhere else again. read more

Took my son here late at night for a foot injury. I showed up here a little flustered and frustrated with the whole situation. My mood immediately changed when the girl at the front desk was so sweet and nice. I couldn't be annoyed! And it didn't stop there. Every nurse, doctor, x ray tech who helped us was so nice and helpful! They made my son feel super comfortable. By far the best urgent care experience we've ever had! This urgent care is extremely new-looking and clean. It was opened, I believe, during COVID by Dr. Sotelo and Dr. Massoudian. The wait is minimal compared to an ER and even other urgent cares (if you've ever been to an ER you'll know the wait at an ER is horrendous). They provide courteous, professional, and attentive care. There is an ER physician on staff and usually a nurse practitioner (NP)/nurses as well. All the while at a reasonable / relatively affordable rate (even for those without insurance). While no one intends to end up at an urgent care, if the need arises, I highly recommend this urgent care. read more

ContinuEM Urgent Care is the best urgent care that I and my husband have ever needed. We got there just when they opened, front desk got us checked in very quickly and my husband was seen in less than five minutes. My husband was very sick with the flu and pneumonia, confirmed with the x-rays that they take right next door. Dr Sotelo took excellent care of my husband, he has excellent bed side manners, very rarely seen nowadays. Robin our nurse and the assistants are very caring and kept checking on us while he was being treated. We will be using ContinuEM Urgent Care when we need to! read more
