I had been doing much research on having my lashes lifted and brow lamination performed, as this would be my first time ever having someone perform work on my eyes. Came all the way from California for Nancy to fix what Sheila Bella completely ruined. I had horribly faded light grey brows that had already been touched up 3 times. Nancy took her sweet time explaining everything in detail step by step as she did it and I never thought it would be possible to have full thick brows with strokes that look more like hair than hair! So glad I found Nancy online. I've been contemplating on having my eyebrows done for a while. I've done extensive research to find the best eyebrow microblading artist. I live in Las Vegas and was going to go with someone local. After researching more online, I found Nancy Nu. I saw the photos of her work and was in awe. The brows she did for her clients look even more natural and better quality work, than the artist I found in Vegas. The moment I reached out to Nancy, she responded immediately and addressed all my concerns. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. Check-in was easy and she had me do a little bit of paperwork. She then drew an outline of the appropriate shape of brows for my face. Just trust her on size and shape. Note that she draws them in a little thicker, as the brow shape will shrink in size a little once healed. As for color, she customizes that according to your skin color and hair. I've never had anything tattooed before, so I'll admit that I had her go thinner on the brows on the first run. Nancy is great because she won't do anything unless you are comfortable with it, but she will always give you her expertise. If I had gone with her initial recommendation, they would've been the correct thickness once healed. That's why I say to "just trust her." Nancy is very thorough about her work and a perfectionist. My first appointment from start to finish took about 2 hours. The healing process takes 10-12 days. You put an ointment on during this period and your brows will initially get darker before they get lighter. Then your brows will scab and then fall off on their own, revealing even more natural looking brows. You then schedule a second appointment and go back 4-6 weeks. She'll do a complimentary touch-up to make them perfect! Nancy is very organized and she keeps a file on all your past treatments. This way when you come back, she knows exactly what you had done last time. I highly, highly recommend Nancy if you are looking at getting your brows done. She is professional, personable and her work outshines other microblading artists. Her med spa office (where she does her work) is beautifully decorated and comfortable. She's even got a great Instagram page if you want to view more of her work. She's in high demand so you may need to book at least 4-6 weeks in advance. But she's really great about trying to schedule you sooner, if she can get you in. Getting my eyebrows done has saved me so much time in the mornings and my face looks more complete, even without make-up. Check her out and don't wait, you'll be glad you did. read more

Nancy does a great job. I am very blonde & love my new brows. Expect the first 5 to 7 days or so to have really, really dark brows that will peel and become lighter. I call this the Groucho Marx period. The touch up in 8-12 weeks is important as this is where the magic happens. Schedule this when you schedule your appointment as this girl is busy. Any little thing you may not like or even notice is corrected to perfection. I also had my eyeliner done and it was absolutely so right for me. Not too wide since I am so blonde, but symmetrical & lit my eyes up. I did not have any real pain but it is odd to have someone working in those areas. Everyone is different on that approach. I initially went to Nancy to get my eyebrows microbladed. She did an absolutely amazing job. No one can tell my eyebrows are not natural. She takes the time to make sure your eyebrows are shaped correctly for each individual. She made sure the color was perfect and knows what colors to use for all ethnicities. My eyebrows have not faded or changed color in 6 months. After getting brows done with her I also have got eyelash extensions. She does an amazing job with those as well. I had went to 2 other places before her that I thought were good until she did them. She takes off all the old lashes every time you get them filled so they always look like a new set! They rarely come off and I am NOT as careful with them as I should be. I can usually go 3 weeks in between fills. She truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I researched eyebrows both in Arizona and California for over a year and a half before I finally decided on Nancy at nu brows and lash in Gilbert. I am so thankful I ended up with her!! First off I am a very calculated person and still had reservations. I have some hair but I have no shape to my eyebrows and there were sparse areas in my eyebrows that I was always filling in.
