Or how about being told multiple times that the reason you're not getting information from the doctor is that they have your email address entered into the system incorrectly, and yet when you give them the correct email address you still don't get any information because it's still "entered in the system incorrectly"? This is a really expensive clinic that does not take insurance, but don't worry. They make up for it by being disorganized and unprofessional.
