Got a lash lift, removed the product too soon on one side, too late in the other . Now one side is spiral curled and the other side is not curled. Make it worse? They broke off my lower lashes. So that may be why they chose not to tint them since what was left was sticking straight out!! Pointed out these issues before I left and she told me I was wrong. I'll be wrong somewhere else from now on. They may actually care about the issues I have from their bad service. UP DATE I just received a call from Westlake dermatology, they have been my dermatology center for years, they called and said that they were cancelling my fee of $100.00, they to had seen the weather alert and that they did not feel the fee was warranted due to the circumstances. Scheduling is a breeze and the representatives are always so pleasant and understanding. Micah is a personal favorite of mine. She has surgically removed "things" and sent them off to pathology. Results come in very quickly. Her bedside manner is way above and beyond any expectations. Micah has the ability to make the patient feel like they're truly cared about. I can't say enough good things about her and her supporting team. I have not had any elective procedures at the clinic, but everyone in the waiting room always seems to be very happy. She did something no one has ever took the time to do for me before. Test the levels of the machine to see what my skin and tolerance level could handle. For instance, level 25 is an average setting a spa would use on a client but being the seasoned adventurer and procedure getter that I am, I was all the way in the high 30s! Imagine what poor results I would have received if she would not have taken the time to determine what works for my skin. The average setting would have yielded poor results on me for sure. I am over the moon with the results of my photofacial. By far and away the best photo facial i have received ever. Right after, I went in for my appointment with CeCe for Botox. She took the time to discuss my goals (DISABLE ALL MOVEMENT!!) and talk to me about my questions of additional procedures I am wanting to stop the hands of time, rid myself of the wrinkles. She also performs waxing - from brows to bikini. Semia is by far the BEST ever at performing dermaplaning [if you've never heard of or had before do your research first; it's an alternative to microderm and is not at all scary]. There are a few other estheticians in the area who offer dermaplaning; however, the level of education and experience required to perform it safely and effectively can only be gained over the many years of education and experience Semia has. I would never trust anyone else to place a scalpel on my face. And, the results...WOW! After my second treatment with Semia my mother-in-law said I looked 5 years younger since the last time she saw me. *Blush :) As if it could possibly get any better, the treatment includes a relaxing neck and scalp massage.
